Great customer HUMAN service F the chatbot
Bought shin pads at full price two days later it was BOGO deal.
I messaged Joga but I ran into a 2026 Chatbot that had no comprehension of how to deal with a human my customer service experience was horrible.
Eventually, I got a hold of a human being who dealt with things according to being an understood that taking advantage of the BOGO deal as a parent of two is quite essential.
The company did the right thing they sent me out another pair of absolutely amazing shin pads, and now one of my children is a defender that is well protected, and the other one is a striker who is also well protected and agile

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I wanted a refund after offering to return shin pads because they were so tiny and would not offer any protection for my son's shins. They only offered me a 50% refund. I've emailed repeatedly saying I want a full refund, and now they do not reply. I will be taking this up with trading standards.
Avoid this pads they do not offer any protection!!!AVOID!!!!

Good quality product and customer service
Good quality product. I made a mistake when ordering and ordered the wrong colour. I contacted JOGA and they responded quickly and put in place an exchange for the correct colour and not only that but I was able to keep my original order that I had done incorrectly. I was sent a payment link for the postage only for them to send me the replacement product. Great customer service!

The shin pad sleeves are fantastic and my boy loves them. Initially we ordered one, and once he played few matches with them he wanted to get some more, so we have ordered another 2.
Also the customer service is top-notch. Will definitely recommend buying from them.

I ordered the kids shin pad and socks and he loves them, there was a problem with the sock but soon as I mentioned it to them they have sent me out a replacement.

Ordered from their 50% buy one get one free sale, brought 4 bundles for £96. Order came smashed up, looked like someone played football with it to be fair. All the packaging and boxes for the items brought was sqashed up. Recieved a box for a air boost but didnt recieve the airboost. Also all bundles advertised free items and i recieved none of these. Customer service is just a bounce back of needing more evidence when i sent a clear video of the bundles that were missing items but yeah wanted more and more. Now just waiting for a return so they can see what a mess the whole order was. No qauilty or care put into the packaging and checking the order before being sent. And no thinking to put multiple boxes and football accessories into a delivery box rather than a flimsy parcel bag.
