I purchased a five pack of their latest scents and did not receive the correct sent that I was promised. I still have not received a replacement and it’s been six months now. It took 2 1/2 months to get the cologne to start with so I give them a one I will never shop with them again and as far as I’m concerned, they’re not there. It’s a scam.

Do not buy from this company, everything about it is shady and you'll regret it for sure...just like I did. I saw their ad on social media (its hard not to see cause its everywhere), the prices were somewhat low, so I figured what the hell, why not. I picked 3 different scents, paid with a credit card and waited for them to show up. Right away I didn't like that there was no order confirmation, they sent me a "We're working on your order" .. but no order #, no item list, no price. They blow up your email with pointless spam, trying to sell you on more stuff, its insane. Finally after some time I received an order confirmation, a few weeks after that I received a tracking # and then the package arrived. Now, as far as the scents go.. I have to admit, they're not terrible, they're not spot on duplicates for the originals, but to be totally fair, they are not that bad scent wise. Im my opinion, they only last a few hours, some a little longer then others, but definitely not all day. The crazy thing is.. their products really aren't that bad, its their business practices that do them in. Now, anytime I buy something or do business with a company for the 1st time, I always check their reviews, not that its a guarantee everything will go smoothly, but simply so I can make up my mind on whether or not I want to take that chance with that company. Unfortunately I completely dropped the ball on this by not checking the reviews until after I made the purchase. When I look at reviews I always try to keep an open mind and realize that there will always be a few customers here and there that no matter what a company does for them.. they'll always feel wronged and leave a negative review, but you always have to question it when most of the reviews are not so good, negative and all seem to have the same issues and complaints. When I looked at the reviews (after I made the purchase) a s**t ton of them said the same thing, which was "don't buy from this company, they charge you monthly and you can't reach them to stop it or correct it". I can't tell you how many said that same thing, so I was aware and alert to monitor my credit card just to make sure they weren't trying that with me. I was 100% sure that I didn't sign up for a monthly subscription, thats just something I would never do no matter what, I would always just purchase something as I need it, and never have it sent to me automatically. I paid attention to my credit card statement for a bit, didnt see any charges so I thought I was good... NOPE, just got a notification from my credit card company, asking me if I authorized another payment, thank god they declined it due to suspicion of fraud, but I told them no, there should be no other payments to that company. Then I got an email from the company telling me my card was declined but they will keep trying another 8 times, are you serious??? I NEVER not once agreed to a monthly subscription, thats an absolute scam, the reviews show without a doubt that this is a common practice and I don't know how anyone could ever be ok with this. Now I have to go through the headache of talking to the credit card company, getting the card shut off, getting a new card and all the headache that comes with it. Beware... you've been warned, don't let this happen to you!!!!

Bought a couple colognes from Klone Scents and honestly the quality was not good. The scents were off — not what I expected at all. But the bigger issue? They auto-shipped me another order I never placed and charged my card without my permission. I didn’t sign up for a subscription or agree to recurring orders. That’s not how you do business. Would not recommend.

They stole my money and then tried to act like it was a competitor after I sent them screenshots of my order and proved it was them.

Can I give it a ZERO? The product is not good and their customer service is even worse. 30 day return policy, I've emailed them 4-5 times and no response. Finally had to start a claim with my credit card for a refund on an initial order and then a second order was automatically charged to my card with no warning... so bad!

Shady, unethical, and expensive subscription fees that are veiled in checkout. When you purchase a bottle of cologne you are, by default, agreeing to a virtually worthless monthly $29.99 “VIP” subscription, which entitles you to nothing but slightly discounted pricing on future orders, which are certain to pale in comparison to whatever money these crooks successfully steal from you before you notice. Per this bad faith “merchant’s” all-too-convenient terms and conditions, your “subscription” is not refundable after renewal. This business is using unethical business practices that, at most, allow them a thin and reaching legal defense for charging people a subscription fee who never intended to subscribe, which is really just a cover for siphoning off money from the bank accounts of previous customers until they notice and have to fight this scam site to stop stealing from them. In a just world, these people would have all of their personal assets liquidated to compensate the many people they’ve stolen from, and would spend at least a decade in prison. Their crooked founder, Olivia, deserves a life sentence in federal “pound me in the @ss” prison without the possibility of parole.

This place is trash. They sent me all the wrong colognes. And there return policy is garbage. Literally opened and threw right in the trash

Price charged was higher than expected ($40 USD rather than $20 USD). Product that arrived was laughably terrible -- a small plastic bottle of water with some slight scent to it. Efforts to get the "full refund if not 100% satisfied" were all painstaking and inevitably led to getting *zero* form of refund due to one or another excuse.

AVOID!! SCAM COMPANY!!

Trash, first bottle lid is stuck inside, secondly the scents are nothing like the original, and lastly some BS subscription that I didn’t sign up for.

The order didn’t come as quick as I expected and one bottle had been opened, (the spray nozzle was loose). It took a few responses to emails on my part to get a resolution but they did resolve everything to my satisfaction by refunding me 20% of the total price of the order.
I also liked a few of the scents with Rouge Atlantic being my favorite. I don’t know if they actually smell like the real colognes, I really didn’t care about that I just wanted to try a few scents and I liked a few of them. I liked more of them than when I went to Sephora where I tried 50 different scents and barely liked a couple of them. Word of warning, don’t keep putting the cap on and taking it off, sooner or later the spray nozzle may come off, it will be stuck in the cap. I give it three stars because I feel I did get what I wanted and they did resolve all issues to my satisfaction. It’s like they’re a young company and they have a few kinks to work out, but once they do they’ll get better ratings.

Bought 3 bottles of colognes 3 times for a total of 9 different clones. But nine lasted very long. I was very dissatisfied. I would not recommend anything from this seller.

Absolute scam. You're enrolled in a monthly membership subscription upon initial purchase. This is not clearly communicated but probably buried deep in the T&C's.

In the automated billing email, when it gives you the option to manage your subscription it routes you to a dead link (404 error). So you effectively cannot opt out of this monthly cost.

I have not received my item and have consistently received automated email responses when contacting customer service. I advise against wasting your time and money on this company, as it appears to be a scam.

You can only rate a product if you receive it. Thats the story with KLONE. I never received the product and the company did not respond to nay queries whatsoever.

If I could I would leave 0 stars. The product is horrible, it took 1 month to deliver, and I keep getting a subscription charge that they have guaranteed they canceled.

Do noyt order from this company. I have ordered 30 days ago and still have not recieved my products. I have ordered 6 bottles and when I write to them and ask where my order is, They tell me that they are busy and overwhelemed. Great. I ask if my order has even shipped and they say..its on its way.. When i track it...it says nothing about it being shipped. They already have my money.

I ordered one scent for $19.99 from them on August 5th snd received it, however, today (September 5th) I realized that I have been charged $29.99 TWICE! Once on September 2nd and again on September 4th. I was looking at those charges confused until I realized it came from Klone. I don’t even have an account with them since I only bought one scent. I sent them an email but I am disputing these charges with my bank. Absolutely ridiculous and unethical!

BUYER BEWARE! Klone Scents is a COMPLETE SCAM! I ordered a buy 2, get 1 free deal and waited 3 weeks to get my product. After I received the product, I was really disappointed with how awful the colognes smelled. They hardly smelled like anything and make your clothes and skin smell like isopropyl alcohol.

I emailed the company for help in processing a return and they emailed me back saying that they can’t accept returns. This is a HUGE SCAM in the works and I can’t wait until this fraudulent company gets shut down in our state/country.

They also are unaware of the fact that false advertisement is a crime. On their website they are claiming that they are able to carry out “stress free returns,” however that is not true! Not honoring that claim is a form of false advertisement. FYI: False or misleading advertising can be a crime, leading to both criminal and civil penalties depending on the specific circumstances and jurisdiction. Federal laws, such as those enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and state laws, like in California, prohibit deceptive practices and can result in fines, imprisonment, and civil penalties

I’m still in the process of trying to get my full refund back and all they’re claiming they can do is a partial refund. If you're reading this and haven’t bought anything from this company, you made the right decision to do your homework. Don’t make the same mistake tons of us have made by being scammed by these a**holes. Take your business elsewhere.

thing from these people you might get your stuff then they put you in a subscription for 29.99 a month and it's damn near impossible to cancel after calling 20 times. And the this stuff smells nothing like the real stuff.
