Easy to order and shoes arrived in a timely manner. It was all very efficient and the mission surrounding the products is great.

I have only recently discovered this company and have been delighted with the choice and quality of their vegan footwear. There was a slight issue with my most recent order, but the company contacted me immediately, offered me an alternative product with the bonus of a 10% discount and I received the substitute trainer a couple of days later. Excellent service - and I actually prefer the substitute trainer to my original order!

The slippers I ordered unfortunately did not fit but it was easy to arrange to return them and a refunrd was promptly made.

I was most impressed by the firm's care over the environmental impact of all aspects of the transaction.

The shoes are beautiful but there where very expensive as I had to pay customs duties I did not expected.

There was a very slight communication snafu over delivery (could have been my fault), but as soon as a reached out Immaculate Vegan's customer support responded quickly and clearly. Actual product (shoes) are just as advertised.

The products are great. But customer services are unprepared for when things go wrong. Instead of being honest, they find excuses for the inexcusable. Things go wrong, but treating your customers as if they were idiots is preventable.

The products and user experience are great. That said, key info on delivery, returns, customs, and sizing isn’t prominent enough. Without model photos, I ordered a purse that looked small but was huge. The return process was a nightmare—too many steps and high costs.

I recently bought some shoes without realising there was going to be a slightly longer lead time. It was my fault for not reading the details. I wanted to cancel before receiving the order. I’m really happy with my purchase! The boots are beautiful, very comfortable from the first wear and made from high-quality vegan materials that look and feel premium. I also really appreciated that, even though the package was shipped from the UK to the EU, I didn’t have to pay any customs fees. I love the product I ordered. After receiving a confirmation email letting me know when I will be notified when the product ships, I did not hear back and finally reached out 12 days later. Within the next day, I received a confirmation that the product had shipped.
