First I should start by saying I have had 4 previous Orders from the website with no issues. I should also point out that the company dealing with the orders is called 'SandbagUK' but, as they are part of the ABBA Voyage shop via this website, I feel its only right to review it from here. I placed an Order 10 days ago, I had confirmation of the Order and that's it. Since then its has stated Unfulfilled- I have had no emails, no contact to update me, no nothing. for a £70 Order its a little concerning,
I managed to find an Orders email and have only had email confirmation, nobody has ever responded and there is no way to contact them.
I only contacted them because I made the mistake of placing another Order about a week later, this one is significantly more. Yes I know, What a fool!
I have now had to start a bank chargeback as the company are not fulfilling their obligation. What else can you do when it appears to be fraud.
Its possible something is out of stock, its possible they are busy, but 10 days and not even an apology, seems a bit dodgy.
My advice, STAY WELL AWAY!!
