Clothes are too large

Out of five items, all but one came on time. The Kahki skirt is more like an olive green, the white pants and top are more cream colored. I do not like these colors. The grey pants, I didn't open because they are the same size as the rest of the clothing.

I am planning to return the items as they are all too large. I am disappointed as I did follow the sizing chart.

In my attempt to return the items, it seems to be a costly adventure. I paid over $130.00+ for the clothes and now it seems I am going to pay over $30.00 to return them.

Their instructions asked me if I wanted to pay $10.99 or pay for it myself. Unfortunately, I chose to pay for it myself. I should have known better. It is quite expensive to return these items. I have decided to not purchase anything else from Micas.

I have purchased from Micas before with…

I have purchased from Micas before with no problem but this time was different. I placed an order and they said something was out of stock, but that should have been said at checkout.. do I was waiting for the order but only to receive one item was not available and then it was. So I placed another order of something that I like and the same dress in another color, but then the other item was out of stock until April 10th. It was too much back and forth for me so j said cancel.. and you can’t speak to an individual but always Email which they don’t answer right away.. so I had to cancel this last order. I had plans to wear one of the dresses for my birthday.. that did not happen. I don’t think I will purchase from here again.

Scam

The extra fee offered for lost or stolen items is not applied when packages are lost or not delivered. I’ve been going back and forth with MIca. Instead offering a refund… Mica offered a store credit after I’ve reached out over four times. False advertising. Please, don’t pay for the extra fee for lost packages. You will not get refunded. The company is a scam. Good luck with your order!

DO NOT BUY from here if you live in…

DO NOT BUY from here if you live in Europe. If the clothes don’t fit you, you will need to pay to send it back to USA and it is about 35£ delivery. It is not worth it all, they don’t pay the delivery when you return something.

Over priced

Scam - advertises items in stock and then delay after delay

Super disappointed and think I’m getting scammed. The clothes are so cute I decided to order 3 things. I wanted to try a few things to determine sizing and quality before ordering more. The price is right and so I should have known it was too good to be true. I ordered a body suit sunglasses and a dress almost 2 weeks ago. A couple of days ago I got an email that the two items of clothing were delayed bc they are now out of stock and the manufacturer is updating the quality but that the sunglasses were ready to be shipped so I agreed to have the sunglasses shipped and now I got a message that they’re having shipping delays “because the shipping companies are overloaded”. I received an order from Shein in the meantime that I ordered the same day and that came all the way from China so I mean c’mon. I asked for a refund for the whole order today so we’ll see.

I repeat—do not order from this company. I ordered one outfit that did not fit and returned it immediately. The item was never worn, tags and packaging were fully intact, and I even paid $7.99 for the return label.

They then falsely claimed the item was worn, which is completely untrue. This feels extremely dishonest. They make false claims and keep your money.

The quality is also not what it appears online. The skirt I ordered was way too short and did not properly cover my body.

After taxes, shipping, and the return label, I ended up losing about $80 for a single item I couldn’t even wear.

It is absolutely not worth the stress, the back-and-forth emails, or the frustration. I’m glad I only ordered once—lesson learned.

If you’re considering ordering, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I’m returning it because of course my skirt came after i needed it and i dont anymore because they took forever to deliver it. Well to return it, the process is hell. They need to “approve” it being returned and charge 8 dollars for a shipping label to make it “easier” for you. lmao anyone is off better buying from shein or amazon as they are better with shipping, any return process needed, and the clothing material is even better.

I had an extremely disappointing…

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this brand and would not recommend them to anyone.

I placed an order for four items totaling $274 and even paid extra for delivery protection to ensure my package would arrive safely. Unfortunately, I never received my order. Instead of delivering it properly to my door, the courier left the package in the common hallway near the lift — an area accessible to anyone in the building. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering I paid extra for “delivery protection.”

What makes this worse is that I was home all day during the supposed delivery. No one rang my doorbell, contacted me, or left any notice in my mailbox. The only “proof” of delivery I received was a photo showing the package left unattended in a public area, where it could easily have been taken by anyone.

This situation was even more frustrating because I had ordered these clothes for an important event. I planned ahead and bought four different items so I would have options in case something didn’t fit. But none of them arrived, leaving me with no choice but to rush and buy something else at the last minute. It completely ruined my plans and caused unnecessary stress.

After realizing the package was missing, I took immediate action. I contacted the police and obtained a report, which I then submitted to the company along with all requested evidence. Despite this, I received no meaningful response. I was repeatedly passed between departments and told to contact different teams, even though I had already provided everything they asked for.

I also reached out to the shipping company, managers, and head office via email, but no one took responsibility or provided a clear resolution. Meanwhile, the full amount was taken through PayPal, and I was left without my order or a refund.

This experience shows a serious lack of accountability, poor customer service, and failure to deliver on their promises — especially when customers pay extra for protection. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with how this situation was handled.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

Scammers

The company duplicated order - refused to refund. the original order return I placed within 30 days policy but they did not provide the label. I emailed them but they say - it's over 30 days. I have emails in writing asking them 10 times to provide that label within 30 days window. They make return difficult on purpose - that's their business model. Almost one thousand dollars!!! damage for me for clothes I don't want. Stay away. They refused to give their legal name in USA (don't know if they registered to operate in US). Address is in China.

Very impressed

Very impressed! I watched countless videos of reviews and noticed the people who ordered sizes in large appeared as if their clothes ran big. So I ordered all four pieces in medium and they fit perfect. My order came in 2 weeks and I love the unique style of each piece. The quality is good too.
