Awful customer service!!!
Took so so long to get any kind of response!!

Awful. Ordered a dress with the 20 day turn around in mind and received nothing. Msgd and sent emails and no response either. If you don’t want to waste your time and money do not order from this shop!

The service I received from ShopMillies was second to none. I was concerned my outfit would not arrive in time for my holiday. My email was responded to in 24 hours and she done all that she could to ensure my package arrived on time! I cannot wait to wear this beautiful skirt in IBIZA! Thank you SO much.

Their website states a 15 day turn around, baring in mind I did order a few things so I knew it would take a bit longer. Messaged their Instagram page, had to leave a comment on a post to draw attention to me messaging them. They said they would look into it, after that I had no replies so asked for an update a few hours later...no reply. They continued to post to their story, one post looked very much like my order boxed up ready to send...a few days later I received my order. From what I gathered they must’ve forgot to send it, I wish they would’ve been honest and said they had forgotten instead of not replying to messages but continuing to put up posts. I would’ve liked more communication, I’m not bothered about things being late it just seemed like they tried to cover up not sending my order? (I could be wrong) but I’ll be weary in future and know that it may take double the time.

Really happy with the trousers I brought, would recommend.

I got myself a birthday present from shopmillies for a holiday that was cancelled but still loving wearing them. I love supporting local and/or homemade businesses expecially during the covid pandemic. Would definitely recommend.

Been buying from shopmillies for a while, had an order that was missing an item, rather than the sender paying postage I offered to just have it added to my next order (I ordered regularly), when I next ordered my DM’s were ignored and my next order arrived incomplete as well, I was told I’d recieve a refund and never was. Send multiple messages but no response. Shame because I loved the clothes! Won’t be ordering again now, seems I’m not the only one having problems

I placed an order with Shopmillies over 25 working days ago now, and I’ve still not received my order or received notification of dispatch. I’ve tried contacting Shopmillies via Instagram DMs, commenting on their page, email, the contact page on their website, Facebook Messenger and commenting on their FB page, and I’ve had no response. It’s ridiculous that I’ve paid good money for a product that I haven’t received and I’m now not even getting a response.

Clothes well made but took over 4 months to arrive. Ordered a top for an event 3 months in advance and didn't receive in time. Seller is based in the UK and I am in Ireland so was expecting some delay but not 16 weeks! Emailed and contacted via insta dm Multiple times and was ignored. Commented on one of her insta posts asking for info and was immediately blocked. When top did arrive it was lovely and so well made but the customer service has completely put me off and will not order from again

Tried to get in touch several times over Instagram and email and didn’t get a reply was waiting for my package for 2 months wouldn’t recommend to buy if you need your outfit soon.

Messaged and emailed multiple time and had no reply , replies to my pal soon as she messaged but not me

Ordered a dress, it takes around 10-20 days to make which is fine as they are handmade.
The dress was absolutely beautiful and I will definitely be ordering again!! would recommend!

I have ordered from ShopMillies 5/6 times over the past year and I have absolutely adored every outfit received so far!! The owner offers a service of tailor-making the outfits exactly to your measurements for no extra charge and I think that is amazing! The owner has never taken more than 48 hours to reply to me for any given time and is always so friendly when I have spoken to her! She also offers swaps for no extra charge for the standard-size items if they don’t fit! Could not fault this business at all, amazing ❤️
