DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order with them for a pair of shoes and they have not fulfilled my order in 8 months nor have they refunded the amount. I have ordered from them once before and received my order. It was a one off. The team is unresponsive, the founder responded to my follow ups saying they will fulfill my order but all just lies. Please do not support the brand. There is a reason why their comments section is disabled across their social platforms. This is what they are trying to hide. Please be wary.

One of the worst brands I’ve dealt with. Not my first bad experience...ordered a bag years ago, received it after multiple reminders, but the promised free wallet never arrived. Let it go then.
Fell for their discounts again during their “revamp.” Ordered footwear for myself and a friend. After a month of follow-ups and zero apology, they said they can’t fulfill the order and will refund.
Refund still not received. Highly unprofessional. Feels like modern-day scamming. No accountability, no ethics. Deserve to be shut down.

They were not delivering my order and on top of that were not responding to any emails properly. Then they went ahead and cancelled the order by themselves after 2 months of me waiting for their products. When asked for compensation apart from the refund, they blocked my Instagram account as I was commenting on their page telling people that I haven’t gotten my products.

Ordered an Ecru Mini Briefcase 13.5`` on 5/12/2023. Bag was finally delivered on 9/1/2024. The colour did not match what was on website and what I had ordered. There were also flaws in the craftsmanship. I initiated a return and the parcel was picked up by the delivery company. The company never sent me a replacement, stopped answering my texts and calls and never refunded my money. See attached screenshots from WhatsApp and Instagram messaging. Company said they resent the replacement but were unable to provide me with tracking details.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

If there are others who faced similar, let`s band together and file a class action lawsuit.
