Best customer service ever
There have been a few hiccups in my order but I have to say the customer service has been beyond 5 star. Every concern has been handled quickly and kindly and I am looking forward to the outfits once all is resolved. The styles are beautiful and the fabric so comfy and soft. I will be shopping here a lot in the future.

Total scam as far as their refund…They got me too
Total scam as far as their refund policy, and their "free" returns package that you purchase for $2.95. And the fabric quality is horrendous. I could say more but no need to repeat the stories other reviewers have posted. They are not wrong. I got sucked in on a social media post. Lesson learned.

Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. Ordered 7 items January 1. I tracked the order through the link provided to me. It took over a month for m my order to even get to the U.S.
Tracking said delivered but of course it was not. They emailed and said my ordered would be re-delivered. It absolutely wasn’t. I’m trying to get refund now. I should have known better.
Please notice the location of all the good reviews. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM!!!

Avoid at all costs, company has been scamming for past few years!
Wish I’d looked at the reviews before buying, been scammed, ordered middle of January for a wedding, wedding been and gone, tracked the parcel several times, it hasn’t even left, lots of emails with the same automated message, company claims to be in Melbourne Australia but after investigating the company is in Pakistan, avoid at all costs! Scam!

Its took over a month and a half to say…
Its took over a month and a half to say they order was shipped but was never sent out I tracked my order daily was at home doing the time it said it was delivered after only way to contact someone was email they do email back fast with a promise to resend order after paid extra to get two day shipment now got a email saying they will refund money but I'm it's coming from different places cause clothes where sent from different location it's fake a scam

I ordered two separate packages last year December before Christmas so they can come on Christmas and they didn’t I was told my package was deliver and it wasn’t I have a camera infront my door so I can playback my videos to see who came and went by and nobody delivers nothing you guys told me that I will receive them within 3-7 days and nothing you guys just keep sending me the same respond so I would like to speak wit a supervisor cause this is ridiculous it’s a month and a half and tesidng these other reviews makes sense some people didn’t receive there packages and there saying the same thing about ordering them Christmas and not receiving it’s. I really think it's a scam ordered…
I really think it's a scam ordered before xmas said delivered way after xmas which I never received. Then I was told they would reissue the package here we are end of January and they advised me it has again been delivered. I have cameras so I know for a fact it's not been sent to my place and both times verified the address ain't no way! The carrier missed me 2xs! Just received an email I will be reimbursed 70% and will take 15-25 businesses days....I placed my order 12/6/2024. I really hope this helps future purchasers in saving time and money.

I ordered their 3 piece travel set
I ordered their 3 piece travel set. The pants are SOOO long. But my main complaint is that the clothes smell terrible. I have washed this set 3 times, trying all different systems to no avail. At this point they only will exchange, why would I want an exchange just to be faced with the same issue. $97 down the drain!

This appears to be a scamming website. I regret not being aware of this prior to placing an order on their platform. I submitted my order on 12-11-2024 and have yet to receive any updates regarding my package until this point. As of 2:00 this morning, I received an email at 1:41 stating that my package had been delivered and advising me to contact the shipping carrier or seller if I did not receive the package. However, my package was not delivered
