Ordered two months ago still haven’t…

Ordered two months ago still haven’t received and when I contact support they just advise to keep being patient and wait. Save yourself the hassle and just spend your money with a company who will actually send the product.

90 day return policy is a lie

The Mermaid Razor is a cheap plastic awful product which cut me.
I contacted their customer service within one day of receiving the product, well within both their 90-day return policy and the UK’s 14-day consumer protection laws, to request a refund and return the item.

Despite these clear policies, the company refused to offer a full refund, instead only offering a partial refund or a replacement. When I reminded them of my rights under UK consumer law, they continued to insist they could only refund 50%, citing their 24-hour sale as an excuse to ignore the law.

It took disputing the charge with my bank to finally receive my full refund. Modira’s failure to honour both their own policy and UK law speaks volumes about their customer service and business ethics. I highly expect this is a drop-shipping company so its just some kid in their bedroom but i gave them 3 warnings of the law and was very kind about it and willing to return the item, but given their refusal to act fairly, I was forced to keep it.

If you value your consumer rights and expect fair treatment, I would recommend avoiding ShopModira.
