Horrible customer service. Dreadful. Only available by email. Ordered a hoody on Dec 1. Never received a shipping confirmation. Emailed and received an automated response that USPS had provided a tracking number that was associated with an item that was already delivered. Yet, my order confirmation showed it would be sent by DHL. This was the one thing my 10 year old wanted for Christmas. We are now a week away and I'm scrambling trying to figure out what to buy him in exchange.

Do not waste your time.

Customer service is awful! I ordered the 24 hour special hoodie on Oct 31st, that was to be autographed by a member of the crew and paid over $80 for it and they sent me a t-shirt. completely unacceptable. I've emailed them, they responded once with an auto generated one, I replied again and still waiting... been 3 weeks total in waiting. I'm so disappointed. this is a christmas gift! the year with covid, shouldn't be happening this way. I thought Mr Beast was an honest one.

Ordered a shirt on the 24hr stream 10/31. Said it would ship before Nov 26th did not. As of today 12/11/20 still has not shipped. Customer service is not responding...

Awful customer service. I waited 2 weeks after they received my item that was returned. I emailed them and got a response 4 days after sent it. The sweatshirt quality wasn't very good for the price and ran very small. My son really wanted it so ordered a bigger size. Over a week now and order is still pending. Customer service only available by email. I've contacted twice and no response. You can't cancel the order. Shipping is also expensive. Will never buy from again. They are unreliable. Both experiences were terrible. If I don't receive my items going to dispute with my credit card company.

Awful customer service . Hoody ordered for my son and never received despite several e nails and still no reply . Do not waste your time or money buying anything from mr beast !

Haven’t received yet however have received a customs charge or it won’t be delivered! This was not mentioned at point of sale. Surely they are breaking a law somewhere? Pity I didn’t see these reviews before buying for my young daughter. They take advantage of their followers. Be warned and don’t bother, it’ll end up costing you more in the long run.

I ordered one of the "Rare" shirts where Mr Beast, and a few others, put their signatures on the shirt. The shirt was going to a wrong address, and I got a email about that and was informed it was a problem with multiples because of the delivery company. I was like "okay they will resolve this and do something about it..." Welp no. It has been over a month since I ordered the shirt on Nov. 3, 2020. Just like I see in the other reviews on this site, I have only received auto replies from bots and poorly no replies from a actual person. I will NEVER order from this site nor person again due to lack of trust that I will even receive what my money went to. His videos are, true bait, for the fish of the dumb. I sadly fell for it.

Ordered my sons shirts through the livestream event, arrived a lot quicker than I expected, from US to Ireland.

I ordered a shirt from him, It’s December 3 and I have not received my shirt I live in Arizona and my shirt saids it was delivered wetumpka Al . I emailed his support team several times only to receive auto responses and no solutions. Absolutely unacceptable in this day.

Wish I could leave no stars! I’ve sent four different messages to the support team because my package has still not arrived a month later! I keep getting automated responses and not any thing else. They’re stealing our money!

Ordered an expensive hoodie for my son. I ordered a medium but was sent a small. When I try to email customer service I get an auto response about something completely different. I can't find any way to contact customer service to help solve the issue. very frustrating.

Spent way more than it was worth for a t-shirt from them, because it's "collectable" or whatever they market it as, just a big con from a face that you'd like to trust. Unfortunately his business is a big money machine that scams people into paying over the odds for low quality merchandise. On top of that, I had to pay an extra £16.66 customs charge because apparently when you pay for them to ship it over here they stick you with the bill. I complained to them about this and they just shrugged it off. Unsubscribed. Either his business team make him look bad or MrBeast has terrible morals and doesn't care about his fans/customers.

My little sister ordered a shirt from him on November 1st. It’s not November 25th and it says it was delivered to a town nearly 5 hours away. Not worth it at all and is a scam. Bought the 24 hour giveaway and it was a mess. The cops came to my house saying I stole the package and that it belonged to someone in Houston even though my name was on it. They messed up everyone’s barcode to ship it. It also is way overpriced for a bad quality t shirt. They never responded to any of my emails.

Order on the special event on Halloween, never got my t-shirt no customer service, they just send a automatically email (I write 2 times, same email back)but no way to respond, no way to get refund. Lost $52, hope they do something in the future to improve. But for now the lost a subscriber and a customer.

Ordered items in July they never arrived after 6 e mails and a 5 week wait for their FINAL response Mr Beast customer service refused to refund me saying their items are tracked in the united states after that they are not liable so I have a disappointed young boy and also lost £50 and they just don't care DONT BOTHER BUYING AVOID !!!

Placed an order for a hoodie on Oct. 27 and as of Nov 12 still has not arrived. Scheduled for delivery on Nov. 16 a full three weeks after order. Poor customer service.

Husband ordered two shirts still haven gotten them what a waste of money. You can't even get a hold of anyone for a refund.

i dislike this guys videos so this affects my review, do not shop here its a scam. i lost like £130m guess where he got all that money from

mr beast is a good youtuber and have a good online shop :)
