The order for a wooden garden rake was processed very efficiently on 5th November and notified as being on its way that very day.

I waited as the leaves collected under the trees.

However, the delivery by DHL was totally chaotic. The first email promised delivery to rural Aberdeenshire around 6pm on 6th November.

No rake appeared, with a daily stream of emails thereafter promising delivery that day, until Friday 8th Nov when a final email before the weekend said "We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed by 24 hours".

Of course, nothing appeared over the weekend and it finally reached us at noon on Monday 11th. It's not as if DHL haven't delivered to us before....

MTN shop used Shopify to take my contact details and email me without consent. This is ilegal and very sneaky. I couldn't even make a purchase because Shopify assumed I was in a country outside of their shipping zone. Don't waste your time with these guys.

The most important thing they dont charge extra for carriage to Scottish Isles and prompt delivery

Easy to use website. Good quality product for the money spent. Found the prices reasonable too. Delivery was within a reasonable time too.

My order was fulfilled quickly and dispatched to arrive well before due date. Quality of goods was excellent and I am most pleased with them especially as they have a neat holder to keep them together.

They forgot to post it, when I phoned up they uprated the delivery so it came next day very pleased with the service and the quality of the 2.4 metre spirit level

Good team and always helpful during the whole process of purchasing. Available to help us with the follow up of the order. They are doing a good job with the customers and also works with the spanish language that makes it easy in some situations.

I needed assistance purchasing some safety helmets at MTN SHOP and the customer service person Stephanie was very kind and mannerly on the phone and helped me with all queries. I also seen they have a very helpful blog section on their website, a great source for reliable information!! Very easy checkout process and speedy delivery. Will definitely be shopping here again.

They took my money over 4 (four) months ago. Haven't sent me the product. Won't even respond to messages anymore. It's not just one low-level rogue employee: the E-Commerce Distribution Manager is involved.

UPDATE: I have reported MTN SHOP to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, and now MTN SHOP is trying to shut me up with a partial refund. So they've used my money for four and a half months for who knows what purposes, and I can now get some of it back. What a deal! They think I should be OK with losing about EUR 50 to get nothing. I ordered the product for a job I was supposed to do in January, which I couldn't do without the product. Prices have gone up since last year, so buying the product elsewhere now will be more expensive. I have wasted many hours of my life dealing with MTN SHOP's barefaced lies, ridiculous excuses, and fake apologies. Despite all this, they won't even give a full refund.

BTW, the product that has not been delivered to me because of alleged inventory and shipping issues is still available for purchase in the webshop. MTN SHOP will keep scamming until something is done about it.
