I have ordered from them for the last time. December 9th I placed an order. Label sat on printed for 2 weeks. I reached out, and they tried to blame pandemic and said they shipped it. (I ship things, I know they didn’t) they said give it a few more days and then “we will go over our options”. Laughing to myself, there is no options... you either send it or I charge back, but anyways I said okay. Gave it till 3 weeks and nothing changed. Said I’m tired of waiting and stop giving me the run around. They said ok we are shipping your order (55$) but refunding you for things we didn’t have (38$) (so basically they were just stalling me the whole time trying to fill my order, which I knew) the few items came a few days later now one month after order date... one which was defective (didn’t say anything about it because I was so done at this point).. I was lucky to receive the partial refund 5 days later and a “oh I’m sorry here’s 5$ off your next order” hell no.. STAY FAR AWAY. Not sure what had happened recently, but it seems like their supply is way down or something. At least I got my refund. That’s why I give 2 stars, otherwise it would be 1

Do not buy from this company. I ordered products from them months ago and am yet to receive these goods. I have tried emailing them several times to follow up and they told me it was Australia Post's fault. When Aus Post told me they had no record of the order arriving, I emailed ShopMVG back and they are essentially ignoring my emails. Not happy.

Don't buy from them. Theyre a terrible company. 4 years customer. Down the drain.

Didnt get my whole order but they did refund me for it, I asked for a replacement of a dud vape and they didn’t provide one but they refunded it, I submitted the wrong address and they requested the correct one that only part of my order was updated to and when I emailed them regarding issues, they never really addressed it and then they just ignored me. Not the best experience and their customer service is pretty bad as they don’t respond to your questions or talk to you like a person. I still haven’t gotten a response back on why they won’t send me the rest of my order. They gave me a refund and that was it! No explanation of maybe they were out of the particular items I ordered or anything... just a refund and pretty much a “get lost” is how I felt with their no response. Sucks bc I really like their vapes but guess I’ll just have to order elsewhere.

Prices here are better than the competition in in most cases and they always ship my order out quickly which is a plus. They have a great selection of products as well. My go-tos are almost always in stock. Been ordering here for a couple of years and will continue to do so.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! IT'S A SCAM! Terrible customer service. Package delivery went from one week to one month and, possibly, beyond. Not sure. I still don't have it. I emailed customer service and the best they could do was tell be to mark it RTV when I receive it, and they would refund all but shipping. This company is a joke.

Ok now after about 24hrs of my order I received an email with cancellation idk why ? So I wondered if I will receive my money back or not!

I paid for expedited shipping and only half my order got shipped that way.
They're customer service was rude, unhelpful, and didn't care about how they conned me into paying for the expedited FedEx shipping. As the rest of my order, I got USPS ground...
I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

I haven't personally ever had any problems with this company, I only order uncle junks JW though. The site always let's me know when it's out of stock so I dont waste my time so I personally have to give them 5 stars my order is always correct and on time. Uncle junk's isn't on this site but if they were I'd give them 5 stars as well. By far the best juice I've ever had the pleasure of tasting 👌

I have had issues with about half of my orders I've made at ShopMVG. Slow shipping, wrong items delivered to me, packages going missing because ShopMVG screwed up my address, shipping first-class mail when I paid for the expedited shipping. And on top of that, their customer service is awful and rude. All around a terrible experience. You may ask why did I keep ordering from them, spending over $500 on their products, when the service was so bad... The answer is that they have great prices. Their prices are they only redeeming quality. (You can probably expect a comment response from them here stating that I'm just a rude, disgruntled, lying customer - but after all of the aforementioned issues I think I have a right to be just a little disgruntled.)
