Ordered a pair of jeans, got an email saying they had been lost in transit and I would get a full refund. No refund received after sending multiple emails to them.

Got an email to say they had been delivered. I was at home
Called delivery company and they advised that the tracking number was not for my address (or even area)
Emailed navali- was advised the item is now out of stock and they will refund me. This was on 18th September, as of today (23rd October) I haven’t had a refund
I have emailed again but judging by these comments that refund isn’t coming

Avoid scammers. My teen daughter used her own money to buy jeans. Emailed to say didn't have stock so refunding, then said out for delivery, delivery to Wiltshire not East Sussex. No reply to any emails. My social media account. No phone number.

Avoid, scammers. Ordered jeans to Wales, delivery gone to Birmingham. Called FedEx they said addresses didn’t match. Emailed Navali asked for money back, nothing. Don’t buy from this company

If I could have rated zero I would have done, my daughter spent her birthday money on some jeans that never arrived, got an email saying they’d been delivered by to see proof of delivery.eg a photo we needed a code which was never provided, GIANT SCAM, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

My package was misplaced by “courier” and ive emailed 4 times to get my money back and no one has replied to my emails i havent received my money back or my package. On top of that it was my birthday.

Like many others I ordered two items and after 24 hours received the notification had been despatched and 2 days later lost by the courier. Full refund to be made. The refund never arrived either and some 30+ days no response to emails.

Avoid this company absolute scammers!

I ordered jeans from their website, then they sent me an email that my order got lost. I was mad, but they said they would refund my money and that it would take 10 days. Today (38 days later) still no refund!

Told me parcel had been lost which was a lie as I had confirmation from courier it had been delivered to my local parcel shop, who then sent it back to navali at their request. Was told they couldn’t re-issue as low stock , however on website still in stock to order even now 3 weeks later! Have still not received refund despite being told it’s been sent. No response to several emails sent- totally ignored. Would not use this company ever. Poor service and not trustworthy.

just as the others say. literally just a scam. they tell you its been lost in shipping, offer the refund, then never reply.

DO NOT USE - SCAM SITE - BOUGHT MY DAUGHTER JEANS AND GOT VERY DODGY FEEDBACK SAYING COURIER HAD LOST IT...THEN MONEY WOULD BE RETURNED...THEN IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED..

I ordered and the parcel never came AND SAID THEY DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS!! said they were going to refund me!! Never did!! Just ignoring my emails DONT BUY FROM HERE TOTAL SCAM!!

I placed an order and got confirmation that the order was placed , several days later I got a shipping notification email so I thought everything was going great! Two days later, I got an email that the item was lost and could not be delivered and they could not replace the order. Will not try ordering from here again

this is a scam do not buy from them!!! I ordered a pair of jeans from them and got the shipping information but all of a sudden my order was refunded and the money had never gotten back to me. So please I hope this will help so no one else gets scammed like me

SCAM website. Takes your money, gives you a fedex number for someone else’s delivery. Then doesn’t reply to emails. Doesn’t refund money.

I told these people about how my package never got to me. They offered me a full refund within 10 business days. This was back in August. Ever since I’ve been asking bout my refund, I still haven’t got it. And they have been purposely ignoring my emails. Terrible experience. Sort it out

Item was never received and tracking given belongs to someone else’s order, opened enquiry with fedex. No reply to emails.

Paid for the item, received a tracking number for someone else's item and no response from customer service.
