Love the blanket! However, after only 2.5 months of use it is coming apart at the seams. I sent pictures to customer service to ask what we can do to rectify the situation. I was told I was out of luck because it was past 30 days. A $300 blanket should be constructed with better materials and a better process so the seams don't come apart. This blanket hasn't been handled roughly, literally just lays on top during the night. At this rate it won't be salvageable in about 8-10 months.

I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received from Nuzzie. The representative I spoke with was knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond to help me with my inquiries. I was also pleasantly surprised by the affordability of their product, and I found it to be incredibly comfortable to use. Blanket develops pills and becomes too scratchy to use. Customer service suggested a sweater shaver ( for a king size blanket! )and then never replied to further messages. They do however carefully curate the reviews on their website to delete negative ones. Huge waste of almost $300

The blanket isn't all I hoped it would be. I ordered a light pink and the fabric was dirty and marked. The spaces between the weaves are very large which means it doesn't insulate as good as a non-knitted weighted blanket. The storage bag they sent with the blanket is too small to be able to fit the blanket in, unless there are 3/4 people helping you, even then it requires a huge amount of effort. When I contacted Nuzzie to arrange a return I received no response.

Got it as a gift and I have to say I love it. As someone who has troubles with sleeping I appreciate any product that gives me extra time of deep and comfortable sleep. This is really great.
