I have been using their services for over a year, received more than 200 orders and forwarded over 80 parcels, and now they suddenly ask for documents that is very personal (like bank statement and invoices, and even after providing them they have not shipped out my parcels. parcels were sitting there for over 3 weeks and products may expire or perish. I wrote so many emails and nothing happened.
I will get my 2 remaining parcels and will never look back. Terrible service and very disrespectful. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE ever

This is the best logistic within EU e not only. I’m happy to collab with that team for more than 2 years and not even one time they left me alone with my logistic solutions. The company does NOT ship from Great Britain to Israel and does NOT inform about it in clear way before placing order. Shopogolic could 1) mark addresses in Israel as "unavailable" 2) use splash screen about it every time user logs in - but the company does nothing for consumers. I think Shopogolic is on it's way to go out of business.

I wish I could give zero stars. Shopogolic is a complete scam! I placed an order and waited far beyond the promised delivery time, only to receive nothing. When I tried to reach out to their customer support, I got absolutely no response, despite multiple emails and messages. It's clear they don't care about their customers once they've taken your money. I strongly advise against using this site—save your money and Dont' use this scam service.
PS: i write this after Shopogolic answer me here they said that they don't have any parcel on my name , Dear Shopogolic do you want me to share screenshots with your helpful support, Scammers.

I recently used this service to do a parcel forwarding to Ireland, and everything was fine. The initial quote was 39 euros but final was 52 euros, have some additional charges. Overall I am happy with this service. Also customer support via chat takes ages to get a reply.

Should have read these comments before ordering stuff at their POLISH warehouse. It's been 2 weeks since they were supposed to forward the stuff to me, the fedex tracking number says the package was not picked up yet, the customer service is saying that they're forwarding the package to the german warehouse first. Why??? This service is complete garbage, rotten and full of lies. AVOID

Even though the site shows shipping options and pricing, i did not get a choice but was sent an invoice for shipping that was twice as much as the most one shown for options.
They also kept adding fees that accelerated the total cost.
One was a fee for repackaging the item because they needed to open it for inspection.

FedEx attempted 6 times to deliver my parcel within business hours to the new Polish warehouse. They were unable to. Customer service was responsive but unable to provide any solutions. My parcel is now back to the sender and I have to re-order using another parcel forwarding service. As other have stated, I'm not the first encountering issues with Shopogolic and I do not recommend their service.

Absolute garbage nightmare company. No customer service, only morons And robots working here
Told them my Package was arriving with a code, gave them the code and tracking number. They missed it 3 times and the package was returned to sender. I sent 14 emails asking to speak to a manager and supervisor, and all either were ignored, got a robot copy paste “you” answer or just ignored my entire email and said “how can I help” then ignored my emails.
RUN SO VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are absolutely useless and their customer service is non existent, NOBODY WORKS THERE, no one with more than 3 brain cells works there.
I deeply deeply regret using this garbage company! Don’t give them a cent of your money.
Update: still unable to speak to a single human at this company after over 20 unanswered emails. Every word from this company’s mouth is a lie.
To CLARIFY: I have them the tracking info for my package and the code and asked them to please give the code to the delivery company which they failed to do THREE TIMES. Then told me I had to give them the tracking details which I had already done multiple times!
You didn’t refuse me service, you didn’t provide me with any service to begin. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB about this SCAM COMPANY

I have been using this service from France, Italy, the UK and the US with great delight.
When you buy in multiple country's one point of contact is much handier.
I ran into an issue once, but it got solved.
Their communication could be better / more clearer.

Takes a few days just to make an order (which of course sells out by the time) and a week (more if you don't use paypal) for a refund. No transparency on the site, so you don't even know at what stage the process is. This costed me hundreds of dollars. There are far superior options out there, this one is simply too slow and neglectful to be of use.

Dear, pay close attention! Do not use the services of this thing that calls itself a company. I have a package that I requested to send from the Germany Warehouse to Mozambique almost a month ago and until now I have no information about the package. When I contact the customer service line, which also doesn't work as expected, they respond a day or two later that "they have written to the Warehouse and are waiting for a response". It should be noted that this is the second package, as the first one was from UK Warehouse also to Mozambique, which I also did not receive. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! IT'S A SCAM, PAY ATTENTION. THIS IS GARBAGE.

saved up my money and finally bought a Game Boy, only to have it redirected to their warehouse. I waited anxiously for weeks, hoping to see it on their page. When it didn’t show up, I contacted eBay. The seller provided a tracking number confirming delivery, complete with a picture of my package.
Desperate for answers, I reached out to Shopogolic. I spent months pleading with them, providing all the evidence I had, but they kept insisting the package was never delivered. In the end, I lost not just my money but also something I had worked so hard to get.
It’s devastating to feel like all my effort and savings have been taken from me. Please, don’t let this happen to you. Avoid this service to spare yourself the same heartache.

I used this service for the first time in order to get a pair of boots to the UK from a shop in Italy that doesn't ship direct to UK. I looked into reshippers and found shopogolic. It was free and easy to sign up for an account and once I'd done that I had a shipping address in Italy to use when ordering. On the retailer's site I used PayPal to pay, used my home address as the billing address and shopogolic address as shipping address, no problem. I then sat back and waited to see what happens. Two days later the boots are at shopogolic and they let me know, they also let me know the cost to ship to my home address. I paid the fee and later that day I get a confirmation they have been shipped. It took Fedex a while to get them to me (8 days) but that's fine, I could have paid more for a faster service. Very impressed.

It is not recommended. Delivery from the US, which is possible only by UPS, is expensive and has limitations (for example, they will not send fragrances by air and can not propose any other solution). The helpline is very slow, and you will wait for feedback for days
P.S. You are replied faster than via helpline. I sent request to delete my account #IL86832 (strange that I can’t do it myself) and received notification “We received your request. Soon your account will be deleted”. Please, review the queue and delete as soon as it possible
31.07.2024 The account still hasn't been deleted, they said they would forward my request to management and I still haven't heard back. Please avoid this service. It looks like I will have to seek legal help
