new bike
I am very happy with my new bike. It looks retro and is exactly as it was on the store's website. It came almost assembled which is great after almost one month.

Quality issues
The communication was very good and the delivery really quick.
However, I'm disappointed by the quality of the bike. The front brake was not set right, it was so tight that it wasn't even possible to turn the wheel without readjusting the whole brake. Even from a bike that's not very expensive, I would at least expect to be able to ride it, and that wasn't the case.
Then, during the very first ride the chain fell down, on a brand new bike. Moreover, I contacted the company support and this time I did not even get a response. All in all, I'm not happy with this purchase.
