Difficult to deliver my parcel?

Hello,

i ordered a watch and paid directly. They said that i would recive my parecel in 2 to 3 days. That was fine, but on the third day, delivering was not possible, because shopontime did not forward my full adress. Now i am waiting about 10 days for resolving the problem. Resolving means, just to forward my full adress (Why does this takes so long? Just pass my adress to the delivery company, this is not this difficult)

UPDATE: They are write about sending my money back in 3 to 5 days. I will keep writing.
