No refunds No website

I ordered a coat from Shop Our Style and not only did it finally arrive two months after ordering it but the quality was rubbish.

I immediately wanted to return it but the navigation on the website to find out how to return items was comical.

When I finally found the right refund policy page, it said ' to start a return contact us at...' but there was no email. It also sail ' you can always contact us at... for any return questions you have', again the email was missing.

It then stated on a different page, if you need help contact this email - it was an odd gmail address. This is when I knew I had been scammed.

I placed the order 4 months ago and have given up on ever getting my money back. Also there website no longer assists so that says it all. Live and you learn.

You don't answer my emails

You don't answer my emails. Any correspondence I get is in Dutch when it's obvious I am English and don't understand a word. You were Quick to take my money, but not so quick to deliver the goods.
