Extremely bad service

Extremely bad service. We ordered something via blooker.nl to be delivered via Shoppartners. They send us an email with delivery instructions and saying the order is on its way to our home, but after more than 10 days without having received our package I call customer service and they tell me the product is not in stock and they cannot deliver it (and I was never informed of that, nor had I received my money back!). Very rude service via phone, without recognizing their fault or giving any apology.

At first reluctant but now won over

At first I was reluctant to order after seeing the reviews here. As their product offering was better (appearance and price) I decided to give them ago.
Very happy with my purchase of cool Christmas decorations and will definitely be ordering from them again.
