We had an issue with one item which was 3 piece men kurta, pyjama & koty. We received different size for 1 piece and the product was used and damaged (pics provided). Even after calling them multiple times, every time they would close the case without any resolution but in case description they say it is resolved. Such a horrible customer service, don't care for customer. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM again.

Totally fake website. Worst customer support ever i have been seen in my life.

I am writing this because recently I purchased a card wallet 12th January. But, unfortunately I received the wrong colour.

On 31th January I received a replaced product again. But, i received the wrong colour a second time again.

Today 17th feb More than a month but till now my issue not yet solved by his team. Again and again received same reply working on your issue.

So don't waste your money in this fake website. Stay safe...

I returned an order from the app and it has been more than a month, I haven't received any refund. Their customer service team is absolutely useless, they keep repeating like a broken record that the refund initiation is not with them and hence cannot do anything about it! Pathetic experience, I am following up literally every day, wasting my time.

I have been a great habitual shopper at SS. But hate to say that i had ordered 2 and only one arrived. Next day had to travel , kept on following up for refund but till date no reply . This is so frustrating . They cant trace the missing packet with their delivery partners.

I had thrown the packet which came with one dress and also the bill .
Why cant they find the bill via order num etc.

Never ever rely on shoppersstop online platform. They have marked original product as fake and not returning my money now.

Worst customer care i have ever gone through. After picking up call, the cc representative asks us to be online. But he never come back on the call. This happens many times for me. Finally i have decided not to buy anything on shoppers stop online and not to recommend to anyone.

I had ordered 3 pair of shoes from online shoppers stop and received only 1, order I’d is 394275854 raised a complaint regarding the same for several time but yet it has not been resolved after several call one of the agent arranged a return request for me and the 1 pair of shoes has been returned and refund is pending since so long. And now instead 1800 rupees they are sending and email to fill the bank details for refund amount 599 only may I know why when you take money for 3 products and sent only 1 so now why you are not refunding the whole money which you took from me.
Pathetic customer service and no other than that where we can make a complaint. Your illiterate agents don’t even understand what customer is saying. After several call, emails yet this issue is pending. You guys are forcing us to seek a help from consumer court.

Very bad experience with online shopping from shoppers stop I would recommend u all to NOT SHOP ONLINE FROM SHOPPERS STOP I ordered 2 jeans and received only 1 but I paid for both of them and when I complained about it and the customer service said every time that the amount will be initiated in 2 days but now it’s been more than a month since I raised my complained and now they say that you will get no refund as from our side we have sent 2 jeans… very disappointing not going to shop online from shoppers stop again 😡😡😡 they are literally cheating the customers.

Order was placed on 6th May 2024 for multiple kids clothing to be worn at an event. Delivery terms were standard - 5to 6 days.
It is 18th May and the order wasn't delivered yet. No status online too. When I rang up their customer service, their very casual reply was "we ran out of stock that is the reason why we did not update status online. Are you ok to cancel the order ? ".
This was a very unprofessional way to handle for a big brand. I would have expected you to have called me up the day you ran out of stock.
Right now, I don't want to waste anymore time berating the kind of customer service they have.

Will never order from them again, did not deliver some of the products from the order and took 2 months and numerous calls and emails to refund the money.

Shoppers Stop one of the worst platforms to shop on. Pathetic services with zero customer support…DON'T MAKE A MISTAKE SHOPPING HERE unless you have enough time to make 100 calls for your return & refund.

We went shopping for some fine clothing yesterday. We visited Shoppers Stop at Metro Mall at Punjaguta. After some browsing... selected couple of pairs of mens clothing and went for billing. The billing executive denied us the displayed discount. ... reason being the actual discount displayed by the billing machine was less... Naturally we disagreed and asked them to check. They checked and found that erroneously new arrivals were wrongly stacked with discounted material. Problem got escalated.. Sri. Naresh .. floor manager stepped in.. enquired.. understood the problem.. rearranged the new arrivals .. upheld our point of view .. and gave us the displayed discount. No wonder SHOPPERSSTOP continues to grow in popularity.

I have order a watch on shopersstop online on 29th November 2023, but still i haven't received the product. when i call the customer care there is no proper reply. and every time they says pls give me 48 hours. after i am frustrated, i have cancel the order and i have informed to return the refund, but till now more than one 2 months is over they are not ready to refund my money to my source account. Again they call me today ( 10th January 2024 ) today also they are asking a time till 15 January 2024 and they are not confirming that when the refund will be initiated.

Accidentally ordered an extra item and called customer support to get that item cancelled and the amount refunded before delivery. The guy named “Sanjeev tudu” on OFFICIAL customer service number tried to scam me into sending him money via GPAY to get the amount refunded!! He asked me to enter first 5 digits of my number, as soon as I realised I did not pay it and he called again and again trying to scare mw into saying if I don’t do it 1 lakh will be taken from my account and even mentioned last 4 digits of my bank card since he could probably see details on his side. This is a CRIME from their appointed customer service and the number I called was available on the app. HORRIBLE this company should be shut down

I went shopping in the Shoppers Stop Ltd on Linking Rd, Bandra West, Mumbai.
I bought 3 shirts costing over 6000Rs. I paid in cash and was short of 1 Rupee. I was shocked to learn that the cashier insisted that I pay 1 Rupee considering that I was spending over 6000 Rs. This was very petty for the store to have not trained their staff and beg for 1 Rupee when a customer is spending thousands. Unfortunately they do not have customer relationship nor value them. For this reason I shall no longer enter nor buy from such a stingy store.

I had placed order (373907857) for 3 boots during sale. Didn’t receive any product even after 10 days. Upon raising complaint, they cancelled the order without any proper reason. Pathetic customer service.

I have order 3 pair of shoes out of those one pair was a counterfeit. Upon raising a complaint, the company was unwilling to acknowledge that the shoes were indeed fake. Subsequently, even after arranging for the item to be picked up, it has been over 28 days. Throughout this time, I have only received a standard response from them, despite my numerous follow-ups.

Never buy from their online shop they will cheat you and this is thow they are earning to loot people. Once they sent wrong colour than its more than one month they are not giving my money though I returned the item.

I placed an order on 9th Feb 2023. I received an email that said product was delivered on 14th Feb when intact nothing was delivered. I complained to the delivery partner, shoppers stop customer support, chat support, email support, phone number and every platform possible. I got no response. My order value was more than ₹7.5k and now there is no information or help from anybody. It's 27th Feb today and everyday I am complaining. All in vain.
