I ordered 2 Scooter in June. I received 2 emails from them telling me that my order was confirmed and then another one a couple of days later saying they had been dispatched and the gave me a tracking number. After a week the tracking number and the postal website stopped working. I waited thinking maybe an issue because of Covid. I emailed them last month and received nothing from them. While investigating on how to get my money back, I found someone on here that left a review saying that they threatened them that they were contacting the authorities (they were from the USA) and they said that then they were given a full refund. I thought I’d give it a shot and emailed them. In my email I told them that I’ve contacted my bank, the police and a lawyer and I had been advised to contact them requesting a full refund and if they didn’t comply then the authorities will intervene. I got a email from them telling me they have processed a full refund for me. I was a little doubtful, but I’ve just checked my bank and my money has been refunded in full.

We ordered 2 scooters on the17/6/2020 thru an ad on Facebook. We contacted the company 4 weeks later as we still had not received our purchase. They responded to our email saying our order had been confirmed and to be patient as it was on its way. It's now almost 3 months later and still nothing. We have emailed the company several times with no response. Facebook needs to take responsibility for allowing this company to advertise as it is a total scam.

Well I been waiting for my electric skateboard for about 3 months now. So inpatient with these imbeciles, smh.

Up date. I finally heard back and I demanded a refund and they refunded the full amount I couldn't believe it thought my money was gone it was 8 weeks went by when I placed my order so they never did ship the board like they said. Try it they might surprise you . I added a star on review rating because of this refund

I bought the 2 electric scooter I send the money to your company I was tracking my order since first of July.no body reply and I am trying to find company phone number. No reply by email.

I thought I bought an electric scooter and instead I gave 81 € to a team of a55h0les.
It should be forbidden for people like these to steal money in this way.
I hope my money has to be spent on medicines.

I bought a kids ride-on horsey from Martying.com which ships through Pryexpress. All of a sudden both pages stopped working, there's no one to contact. They took my money and the order was never delivered. It's just a big scam. Watch out!

bought 2 scooters never arrived, scam site, trying to get my many back.....

This is a straight scam they give you a tracking number I followed it to new York then it all of a sudden says its delivered went to post office says it was delivered at an address in Mississippi with no name,get this they even respond to your email and say their a legit company. But say the same thing contact local post office. I'm pissed at Facebook for allowing this to happen to us might even be in on it.If anybody sets up a class action lawsuit against Facebook contact me I'm in or whoever responsible for this mess.

Its a SCAM thanks to Facebook and Instagram
They send you an email that your order iw confirmed and less than a week later they send you a tracking number where you track daily your product which never arrives
And finally one day your tracking info and website is unreachable
Any lawyers out there to build a class action against Facebook and Instagram?

This is a scam site , do not trust this site at all.

Total scam.... Still seeing the adverts for the scooters. Why has this not been removed from Facebook and Instagram. How many more people are falling for this... Now trying to claim money back from my bank....

Complete scam luckily I paid on credit card and got my money back do not buy off American sites on fb or instagram. Go direct to the companies own website to find out if it’s a genuine company!

Ordered 2 scooters 2 months ago.
Last week the tracking indicated that the order arrived, the tracking stopped.
I blame Facebook for this scam.

Yuuuppppp excited dad of 2 kids saw cheap scoot scoots and thought awww hell yeah it kids will love these... 2 scooter and that trike thing purchases later I'm now 2 months in to looking like a fool!!! Stay away from deals that are to good to be true... had I known what those really retail for i would have known better...
