Would give zero if it was an option! I was offered expedited shipping, then told it wasn’t available. What was supposed to be 5 business days took over a month to receive! Item was damaged when I opened the package. Took photos to show damage and was accused of damaging it myself!

Thank you for your feedback, Amber. We’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. Express shipping was only available for the Black Fleur, not the Red Fleur. Within 24–48 hours of your order, we notified all Red Fleur customers of a brief 4-day delay due to a tariff hold and gave the option to refund, exchange, or wait. You chose to wait.
When your order was delivered, the photos provided suggested the damage occurred during try-on, as every item is carefully inspected before shipment. Even so, we went beyond policy and offered a direct refund to your card.
We take pride in being transparent and fair, and while this was an unusual situation, we worked quickly to resolve it.

Quick story time: My man order my dresses from here and didn’t select express shipping. I was freaking out! I was stressed! I had to buy clothes From somewhere close and requested express shipping and somehow Pink Plastic had my order here early! Talk about fast shipping!!!
Let’s get into this dress! Baby listen! They out did their selves. The quality of the twisted fabric was thick (great quality) and held everything in place. I got two dresses from them.
The other I’ll have to get taken in because I’m proportioned differently. But the quality of that dress is great quality as well. Both dresses were fringe and I didn’t loose not one fringe!

I will now have to order another birthday outfit
I placed an order on May 3rd for my birthday may 28 and have yet to receive the package. I reached out to customer service via email on May 12th and again on May 21st, but have not received any response. I also commented on one of their Instagram posts, but the comment was deleted. Following that, I received a direct message requesting screenshots of the emails I sent, which I provided promptly. After sending the screenshots, communication ceased entirely.
I sent another direct message this morning inquiring about the status of my order and was left on read. If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would. The customer service has been extremely disappointing, and the shipping policy appears to be misleading based on my experience.

I ordered something that was a preorder. originally they said that the preorder would ship put the 24th-30th . my order NEVER ships out . I check their site and theyve changed estimated delivery times YET AGAIN and didn’t inform ANYONE . ive contacted them on instagram AND email . They REFUSE to give me my money back for a problem THEY caused .
Edit to their lie in the response: I asked for a refund on a Thursday, THEY STOPPED RESPONDING . i had to blow up their instagram and email . THEY DIDNT RESPOND UNTIL THE FOLLOWING SUNDAY BECAUSE I HAD STARTED LEAVING REVIEWS . THEY FINALLY GAVE ME A REFUND AFTER ASKING MULTIPLE TIMES AFTER MULTIPLE DAYS . Check their BBB rating . Other people are saying the same things about their preorders . DONT ORDER FROM THEM, ESPECIALLY NOT PREORDER . THEY WILL CHANGE DELIVERY DATES AND NEVER NOTIFY YOU . THE TIME WILL KEEP GOING BACK AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ITEM . YOU WILL HAVE TO FIGHT THEM FOR A REFUND .

Firstly, we want to clarify that we never changed the preorder date. There are two shipment dates for different sets of orders, and your order was clearly scheduled to ship on the 30th. You did not even give us until the end of the business day before sending us multiple emails. “ Go suck a si*k di*k and die f*ggot” , “Reverse my money to my card dumb ass bitch . Why is yal holding my money and not sending no dress . Broke as* bit*h, send me my sh*t .”
Once we received those emails and instagram DM's, we voluntarily refunded your order. The shipment was not processed yet, so we simply canceled it—especially the second order you tried to place within the hour of us refunding you. Not all money is good money, and we do not want to continue doing business with someone who treats our team this way.
To be clear, you did not request a refund on Thursday (27th) .You mentioned possibly wanting a refund if the item wasn’t shipped by the 30th (which it would have been), and we had no problem accommodating that request. However, you still expressed that you wanted the item. The refund was issued voluntarily after we received your derogatory emails on the 30th. You only became upset and sent more hostile messages when you realized that we had refused your money. We wish we could post our email exchanges to show how this situation actually unfolded.
Over a dress that was going out on the date we established. There is much more we can’t show you—the messages on Instagram were even worse. This is how some people talk to us and expect us to want to service them.
You gave us a 1-star rating for not shipping earlier than the timeframe we clearly communicated. We want to emphasize that we did not refuse a refund—in fact, we voluntarily issued it. We also emailed you a confirmation to ensure transparency.
Additionally, we noticed that you placed another order right after we cancelled the first one. Which we also canceled as a precaution given your previous feedback. If you truly believed we were scammers, it would be unlikely to place a second order immediately after your first.
We understand that preorder wait times can be frustrating, but we are committed to maintaining transparency and fulfilling our promises. We kindly ask that reviews accurately reflect the situation, as we always strive to provide the best service possible.
More than 2,000 of these dresses in this particular color were preordered, and we want to thank everyone who waited for the dates we established. They will receive their dresses right on time, as promised.
We have thousands and thousands of customer tags from those who have had great experiences with us. Sometimes, situations like these happen, but it is never okay to speak to people this way. Please remember that you are speaking to human beings, not robots.
