Faulty Google Stick

Bought a google stick before Christmas, the item is faulty, item has been sent back for ‘review’. Shopplay have had the item back now for over 9 days and I’ve heard nothing, a refund for a faulty item should not take this long. Would not recommend using this company, use other reputable companies online.

Still trying to get in touch with the company as the wrong item was sent. Phone just rings out then goes dead, online chat says they are offline and email not replied to

Very good customer service

Very good customer service after I placed the order, I did not receive a confirmation via email for some reason but had a very quick response when I queried it and received it immediately after. The delivery was super speedy and products as described. Thank you!

Notifications are confusing

Notifications are confusing. Order info shows 1 item when there were 12 bottles of wine. Billing shows unit price without VAT, then total without VAT then subtotal with VAT then VAT then total with VAT.

As discussed with you via email, what you're referring to was an automated item left in your basket email, not any confirmation of your order.

We understand that this may have caused some confusion. However, we stand by the fact that all necessary information is clearly indicated on our website when making an order, from quantities purchased to price breakdowns, all information is provided.

To clarify, items on our website are inclusive of VAT. At checkout there is a price breakdown showing the item price (excluding VAT), the VAT amount, and the total price paid.

Money taken from my bank, no receipt of the order or confirmation that payment taken. Really odd and concerning.

As you're already aware from our email conversations, your item is with the courier and has been for some time. Unfortunately the Christmas New Year period caused delays to deliveries in your area and recently adverse weather conditions have also effected deliveries.

We've spoke to the courier and according to them, the item should be delivered today. Also, the tracking shows delivery will take place today also. We did send an email yesterday confirming this, I assume this may not have been seen.
