I have been requesting a refund for an item I ordered that arrived faulty. They have not responded to several emails/DM’s. They have zero customer service and are a con. Don’t buy from here.

Global jewelry redefined in a modern collection that celebrates the world and true individuality.
I have been requesting a refund for an item I ordered that arrived faulty. They have not responded to several emails/DM’s. They have zero customer service and are a con. Don’t buy from here.
I ordered ear cuffs on 1st June and it is the 19th now and they haven’t shipped or responded to my email. Scam
I’ve purchased from Shashi Jewelry before, and unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The quality is extremely poor — the pieces break easily and tarnish quickly, even though I took extra care to avoid contact with water, lotions, or perfumes. It feels like the jewelry is cheaply made (likely costing them just a few dollars to produce) yet sold at a steep markup.
What’s worse is their complete lack of customer service. There’s no contact email, no phone number, no message option on their website, and they even disable comments on their Instagram posts — a major red flag. It feels like they’ve made it intentionally difficult for customers to reach them.
Overall, this company comes off as shady and dishonest. I strongly recommend avoiding Shashi Jewelry — it’s not worth the money or the frustration.
I had an issue with a necklace I purchased a while back and decided to reach out to them and ask them for help. Their customer service was exceptional and supported me without hesitation. So many companies lack customer service nowadays, I was very impressed with their team and how eager they were to make sure I was satisfied and getting my moneys worth. Thank you!
I ordered a necklace and I received an empty box. I have tried contacting them and they will not reply back. Do not order from them!
Ordered a necklace for £148. Had to pay £55:10 import tax which it states nowhere on their website that that could be a possibility. When opened the box the necklace was in two pieces as one of the links had snapped. Utter rubbish!!!!!!
I bought a pair of pearl earrings for my wedding day, and they were perfect. I still wear them. I ordered them too late so I had to reach out to get them overnighted, and the customer service was super helpful.
Very bad, you order something and receive a kind of look like but with a bad quality.
I’ve never (ever) posted a review but had such a poor experience with this brand and want to warn people. My order took more than a month to arrive. I checked in more than once and received not a single reply to my emails. When it finally arrived, the quality was shockingly poor for the price point. I attempted to return it the same day it arrived (well within the 10 day return window) and Shashi’s return process would only allow for an exchange for store credit. When I sent yet another email to inquire about a full refund, the same return process now indicated that I was beyond the day 10 window. I am not holding my breath for a reply.
I ordered the Mia hoop earrings, and it took forever for me to receive them. When I finally got them one of them was broken, and the other one wouldn’t stay closed. The tip of the earrings that go into your ears is also large, and you almost have to force in your ears.
I also got what was to be a diamond tennis bracelet. It was cheaply made, and wouldn’t stay closed. Please don’t spend your money for anything at this company. You will be very disappointed!
I have not received my order & after multiple attempts to reach out to customer service I have had no reply.
My beaded necklace that I bought and paid well over $100 for, broke after a couple months of wear. I wanted to send back and pay for repair but they refused and offered me 20% off a new item! No thank you!!! Not a quality product!!!
I normally do not write reviews but I purchased a ring for my daughter that after 2 days tarnished and turned her finger black. I got in touch with customer service and it was replaced. A week after wearing the second ring, the ring lost its full gold coating and tarnished. Looked terrible. I submitted pictures to customer service and was told they could not help me. That it could not be worn it water, with lotions, etc. Basically anything done with your hands. The bottom line is the quality is cheap for what you pay in price. Not worth the money at all.
I purchased a pair of Shashi’s huggies earrings and an ear cuff via Shopbop.com. They had look well made and did not make my earlobes itch so I was very pleased. However after a few months of non-daily wearing. Severe discolouration of my ear cuff was seen. The gold had completely rubbed off and revealed the silver. The one side of huggies had also broke into two pieces while the other could not close (??? Confused to why this happened). Hoping someone from Shashi will reach out to me about the quality of their products. This is quite terrible. Items are also not cheap by the way.
I love their designs but after buying more than 6 pieces their price and quality are not aligned. All the rings I have bought lost their original color and they state that their rings are 18k gold plated. Also, the stones fall out of the rings and that shouldn't happen if you are paying $70+ for a ring. I have bought two pairs of earrings and one of them is decolorating and I have only worn them a few times and they are rusted all over. I am scared that I can no longer wear them because they will give me an infection -they were supposed to be 18k gold plated as well. I contacted them and they told me there's nothing they can do for those earrings I bought in July 2020 because they have a 30 day return policy. So basically I threw $75 to the garbage.
