I made an order over two months ago and till now my order hasn’t arrived. Poor customer services. They don’t respond to emails, messages and calls.

Dont use this company its a scam. I made an order in September and did not receive my order till now. I am very dissapointed in them.

I am very disappointed with the lack ofcommunication and the delay in delivery, as this is not the level of service I expected. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide an update on the status of my order or issue a refund if the item cannot be delivered promptly.

But that was a big lie

Product was not received. Customer service extremely poor. I made payment 29/11/25 and there was no communication even after reaching out to the customer service severally. Product was not delivered.

My order never came. Ordered in September and nothing came.I can see a from reviews a few people have had the same experience. This needs to be stopped.

Why did you even bother to send me a review when for a fact you know l haven't received my product why are you scamming my hard earned money you said 48hours delivery in the UK it has taken a month and over and you don't want to respond on my emails very very bad l wish l have read this other comments before throwing my money in the toilet and flashing it away am so so upset

I’ve been using the Skin Clinic oil and cream for almost a month to treat dark scarring on my legs from recent bites and allergy reactions, and I’m honestly so impressed. The marks have definitely started to fade, and my skin looks much more even.

Only reason for 4 stars is the slow delivery — I was really looking forward to trying it and the wait was longer than expected. But the results have been worth it! Scarring treatments require patience….

I did not get scammed , But it took a really long time to get here.
I fought I was getting scammed. I paid up to €33 plus I had to pay an additional import duties plus taxes €13+ so if I had know I would not order. But happy my order finally got here it took almost a month.

All you need is time I have been using thier knuckle cream for 3 months now and I must confess I love it. Give yourself time as skin varries.

The oil is working. Not quickly but I can see a big difference

The product arrived on time which I did not expect based on its popularity and good reviews. I'm keeping fingers crossed it will do a great job as promised. Pun intended!
