Do not order from here!!!! I placed an order almost 3 months ago and never received it. It’s a shame that they are doing this to people.

I made a purchase for chocolate products on shopsmartcanada.com. After paying, I received a fake confirmation email from a suspicious address impersonating Shopify. The company never shipped the product, provided no tracking number, and did not reply to any messages. I later found out the company has an F rating on BBB and is likely a scam. RBC refunded the charge.

Ordered flooring in the Fall.
Nothing since then.
Asked for a refund and received and email indicating the order had been cancelled. No refund, no further communication from them despite several attempts from me.

Bullshit scam company. Ordered a bag of coffee over 10days ago. Still dont have it. Emailed them and they replied that my order was prepared and id get notice when it ships. That was 3 days ago. Still notice . I emailed them again and was told AGAIN that my order was prepared but thaty payment had expired and they sent me this screen shot of my payment not being processed. I told them to cancel. Now i have to look at my credit card statement. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE !!

Scam website. Take your money and tell you order was delivered when it wasn't. Won't answer calls or emails. Make shure to dispute the charges with your credit card company. If you don't They keep the money and the scam keeps going.

Of course we may have failed at times due to a over whelmed orders and shortage of inventory. our apologies. If any of their customers who haven't received their item they order, please contact for immediate to get with interest or re order to get 20% discount. We value all of our customers highly. SCAM website. Placed an order for $193 with them and item not shipped. They don't answer their phone or call you back. No response to emails either. Starting a dispute against them with my bank and reporting them as internet fraud.

Also it says free shipping all over their website and they sent me an invoice for $67 shipping fee trying to scam me out of more money.

Definitely a SCAM website. They take your money and send you nothing!! Then when you try to get a refund they send computer generated emails saying your money will be sent back in 3-5 business days. LIES!!!!

Same as everybody else. A scam. Like an idiot I sent an transfer so there is no way to get your money back. Out of stock and we will send your $ back within 5-10 business days. Over 2 months and same computer generated email, no phone # or address of course.

The company is a scam, they take etransfer for products they don't have, cancel your order and no refund.

I ordered a product months ago but the website never said it was out of stock. They took the money right away. When I first contact them, they said it'll be sent soon and they'll give me a discount or I could get a refund. I waited and still never got the product so I have sent them many emails over the past few months and haven't heard back from them since. Avoid this company.

This website running a scam. They feature a lot of products from Costco. Once you make a purchase they inform you that they are out of stock and offer a discount of 10% for waiting. Once the time has passed they offer an additional discount. After I requested a refund I was promised a to see it processed within a week . Never happened. Open a chargeback right away as you will never receive your product.
