Are you kidding? I pay $50 for solar information expecting a manual that I can mark, underline and use as reference and you send me a lousy link to online publications. I have to download, use my ink and printer, because you are too cheap to provide a decent publication? Should be free for the request. Lousy on expectations. Next thing I know you will be billing me to access your web site. I don’t think I need to reference your company/website anymore. If I buy solar it will be from another company.

They were very interactive and easy to contact by phone and by email. They were helpful in making a recommendation on a solar generator/battery. However, after I made the purchase, I was then told that the recommended system was actually out of stock. Since I was following the recommendation of the staff, I wish I knew that prior to purchasing.

Shopsolar doesn't understand customer service. It proudly announces the order has been 'processed' but three days later still has not provided a tracking number. It asks for a review - presumably expecting a positive one - before shipping the product. This company is not run by thinking people.

Shop Solar representative spent as much time as I needed to evaluate my electrical requirements and help me build a system that would meet these needs.

The equipment was delivered on time and in perfect condition as promised.

Shop Solar was also available for follow up questions during installation as I was doing the work myself.

What seems to be a confusing market with so many companies & options was simplified by this company. With the info put together on their website I was able to make an informed decision & purchase one of the complete kits they have. Their prices are descent & support is always available.
The only drawback I found was the installation side of it. They won't recommend any installers & I have yet to find a solar company that installs without buying their products. If you're a handyman your'e good. But an older female (not too handy) it's been tough.
But the quality of this companies kits is A+++ all the way. A top notch company.

Fantastic customer service and great value for the products we have purchased.

We got updates in each stage of the delivery process so we knew when our system would arrive. The packaging on the generator arrived damaged, but the unit was so well protected inside the box that there wasn't even a scratch! Even during the holiday downtime, my questions were answered in a very reasonable time frame.

A quick return of my messages is definitely great.
