Help with a faulty item in my order

Ada from Shopsta acknowledged my problem straight away. I was sent simple instructions on what they needed in an attempt to solve my problem. I was then notified that Shopsta was sending me a replacement product and a shipping confirmation shortly followed. This was all done within 48hrs. Fantastic considering the 12hr time difference.

After having complications with wireless headphones I ordered, I decided to reach out to customer service for assistance with an exchange.
After reaching out through their contact email, I received a reply within 24 hours. Clear instructions were given as to what was required from me in order for their team to process an exchange.
I provided their customer service team with the requested information and within 24 hours, new headphones were being shipped to me free of charge.
The correspondence between myself and their customer service agent Ada, was frequent, professional, and encouraging. Ada provided several updated emails informing me of the current status of the exchange process, until the new order was shipped.

Skepticism turns to safety
At first I was skeptical about this website, after ordering headphones as a gift that cost over €100 (approx 1200sek). Which unfortunately weren't what my partner wanted. I contacted support and I had a GREAT experience. I got an answer quickly, especially considering the holidays from Ada. She was incredibly helpful, offering a new pair free of charge since they were slightly faulty and then giving me a full refund when asked for it. This made me feel very safe about ordering from this website. I would highly recommend buying from this website because of the excellent service. The other reviews weren’t lying about this, hence why I bought from here.

Shopsta seem to be SCAMMERS BEWARE
Well after about 13 emails I was sent a refund of £93.96 sent to my credit card.
So if you want to buy Oneodio Headphones go direct to Oneodio site , they are also on Amazon, you will save a wad of cash.
Another example Shopsta price for Oneodeo Focus A5 headphones is £114.95
Direct from OneOdeo or Amazon is £59.27
There has got to be a good reason why there is such a big price difference..... what do you think?
Do not reccomend, find another one!
I have placed an order on 7 dec, a pair of headphones and a small helicopter drone, they were supposed to be Christmas presents. The order has not arrived and for some reason it was split in two, they say that headphones are delivered but they are not and the drone is in transit, somewhere. They dont answer emails anymore. Four days till Chrismas, 1500 dkk gone. This looks like a scam site to me. Find another one.
Issue was solved, one week after Christmas.

Error in delivery message and late arrival
I ordered a gift for my son and then the money was withdrawn from my Account immidiately and a couple of days later I received a notification saying it was delivered 2 days before I made the order, which is obviously wrong and I have not received anything since that, even though its a week ago 😱😱
I have now contacted them and are claiming my money back.
Updated. After the review I was contacted by the Company and they clarified that it was an error and the package was underway, plus gave a discount.

Broken Headphone quire
Quite a generous solution to a problem that I considered not that important I thought that a good repair free of charge would be greater but they went ahead and offered to ship an entire new headset, also fast and clear communication from the team
Misleading Info
A few days ago, I purchased a pair of OneOdio A Series headphones recommended by an expert and sold on Shopsta. The marked price was around 200 Canadian dollars, and it was reduced to 170 Canadian dollars during the Christmas sale. Upon receiving the product, I found that the actual model was the Focus A10. This model sells for about 100 Canadian dollars on Amazon and is currently on sale for 80 Canadian dollars. In China, this product is sold at 70 Canadian dollars. The descriptions on the website and the expert who recommended the product are highly misleading.
UPDATE:
After communicating with Ada, the customer service representative at Shopsta, the issue I reported has been initially resolved. I am revising my review here. I will further update my review once the issue is formally settled.

The issue I reported was ultimately resolved with the assistance of Ada. I would give her a 5-star rating. However, I strongly disagree with the product descriptions and pricing on the website, as well as the scores given by the so-called "experts" when comparing this headset with those from mainstream major brands, and can only give a 1-star rating for these aspects. First of all, the proper name of this headset is OneOdio Focus A10. Secondly, this is a budget headset, and its price is below 100 Canadian dollars everywhere else.
Therefore, combining Ada's 5-star service, I ultimately give an overall 3-star rating.

Maybe include that prepaid label with the email confirming return approval instead of having this chatbot replying that you don’t provide any QR code or pre paid label. The delivery went well no package damage. I didn’t open the original box so can’t say if the headset worked well or not.

I bought a Bluetooth headset oneodio A10 from Shopsta €105. My son wanted another headset so I tried to return this one. No return label and AnPost won’t send outside Ireland anything with a lithium battery; it would have been €20 still. DHL best price was €65. I am better off keeping the item now. Return policy ZERO.

I had bought Headphone from Shopsta. The initial purchase & delivery was super quick and easy. I then decided to return the product and this was just as quick and simple. Ada from Support helped and held my hand all the way through she is an absolute star.
