Leaking bottles
Long time for them to dispatch warmer to Australia post. Once receiving the bottle warmer 2 different brands of bottles they advertise on there website that fit both leaked. One of the brands they already know that doesn't fit there warmer is still advertise.
Emails not answered very quickly plus not answering question that needed a response and us having to asks and wait again.

I never knew who much I needed a bottle warmer until I had my second child. .why weren't these around when I had my first!!
Super convenient, fits perfectly in my nappy bag for on the go! I never have to worry about not being able to heat a bottle up when we go out!

The product is a really great idea
The product is a really great idea and we find it super useful but the battery dies relatively quickly and become frustrating at times if you don't keep it on charge.

Took a month for them to even pack our order. Took 2 months just to get the adapter part we needed.

Creating heat takes a lot of energy so if you are using smaller amounts of liquid, you can get more heatings for each charge. Suckle not what expected.
Suckle service is great. The suckle itself takes around 10 mins to heat a 50ml bottle of milk that has come out of the fridge. I was hoping it would heat the milk quicker, Ie. in under 5 mins as per the advertising.

I'm very curious about this product, which I have finally received today after a 2 month preorder and a 3 week Auspost delay (to no fault of the company.)
As someone who is having an exclusively formula fed baby next month, I'm glad that I have now recieved it and was able to give it a test today. Using 100ml of tap water, I waited to see how long it would take to get to 40°. The limited manual said that it should take 5 minutes roughly, and it took 8. Whether or not this is to do with tap water temp or the fact that I was using it on the charge it came with (60%) could be part of it. That's something that my next test will tell, it also doesn't bother me that much, as thus product will be used in a pinch when out and about, and also left on ready for the middle of the night feed.
Could this be a relatively new company? (not confirmed as a new company, but from limited Facebook/Instagram followers and posts, and limited information about the product.) The tricky part with this is that the information and support is kind of limited, and I'm left with an amateur feeling about it, right down to the huge typo on the box (bottle spelled 'botlle' in bold), to the information and questions that I'm still left wondering about, like how long does it take to charge to 100%. These things can be found in time however. My priority is the product working, which so far it seems to do. I would be interested in writing another review in a few months after my son arrives with my updated thoughts.
I am always really happy to support an Australian brand so it's nice to give the product a go. I truly hope that they are as home grown as they claim, as research has taken me to an US brand called Baby Brew, in which the bottle warmer component itself is identical, or at least has been to social media posts by Suckle, brand name exempt. I did notice that my model looks ever so slightly different to what what advertised physically; the component itself has a rounded triangle shape as opposed to a rounded square, and the base where the on/off is looks visually different. Again, not something that bothers me, just noted. This seems like their second release of the product and even their logo has changed, so perhaps it was adjustments for improvement.
All this in mind is why I am carefully sceptical but optimistic about this product. If this eases in feeding my baby in a safe, convenient way, I am all in.

Once it's fully charged, the battery life can last up to 8-12 hours.
As for the packaging, unfortunately, our supplier made a mistake on our Portable Bottle Warmer packaging and on our instruction manual. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. This is definitely not up to our usual high standards. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to ensure this does not happen again.
Lastly, Suckle is an Australian brand, we mainly offer Portable Bottle and Food Warmers. I hope this clears things out. Omgee didnt warm until half an hour to 44 min later. Just to 37 degrees i was waiting. My baby was wailing and cryin already.. also they filter your comments and reviews on insta.....do not buy it was expensive. Bloody do not buy!!!!!!!!! Stay clear!

Shipping very slow
Shipping very slow. The formula dispenser is a waste of money and very dangerous with how much it weighs out. You should only use the scoop in the tin to safely prepare water to formula ratio. The warmer I really wanted to love this more but I didn’t. It takes too long and why are the adapters so expensive!? It’s really just a bit of plastic!?! Also the instructions aren’t helpful at all. Really disappointed. I really wanted to love this product.

A must have item for bottle feeds when out and about even when im home i use it as its set to a certain temperature and don't have to worry about it over heating and its ready for the next feed. Honetly been a lifesaver. Love u suckle

Regret buying it
Website stated free shipping to Australia and NZ… yet, I was charged for shipping. I message them about the problem and they told me unfortunately, there is no free shipping. Customer service was not helpful at all.
Also I been using my portable milk warmer for only a few weeks now and the battery is already drained out, which now I have to always charged it for every use.
Also it now takes longer then 10min for the milk to warm up now compared to the first time I got it.
