Extra charge, no goods.
I ordered three garments at total cost of £59.37. When I checked my credit card £68.21 had been taken. Since ordering I have heard nothing more. Emailed regarding the extra charge. Have again heard nothing. This was advertised on facebook. Second disappointment from their adverts with similar problem, though I did receive the product the fabric was not as advertised. Think I should learn from this not to order anything advertised on there.
Further to the above, I have now received the goods, came from China.
The goods bear little resemblance to the photos on the advert. Those advertised are a quite thick knitted cardigan but those received are a cheap,shoddy polyester fabric with the knit pattern printed on it. Disgusting scam.
I have emailed to return them for a full refund. I am not expecting a reply.
