Worst company ever. Bombarded me with emails over the weekend stating I could get 25% off, when I got to checkout the code didn’t work. I emailed and received an incompetent reply stating the code only worked during certain hours. I asked them to look again at the time and date of my email which showed hours which corresponded to the correct offer time. In response to this I was sent an email in German! I clicked on a link with the only worlds I could understand: ‘trust pilot’ and here I am. Awful company.

Really happy about my Toms shoes, I have order summer shoes and house shoes and i can tell you that I love it!
Why? Because I have a lot of problem with my back, and these shoes with the ortho lite are the bomb!!!! I'm going to order winter boots too!
Shoes are a bit more expensive, but the concept behind it is amazing, i love the idea of giving a pair of shoes to a child in need.
they are good quality, you can go ahead and order
Only thing, what isnt a bad point, but its better to know and avoid surprises : shoes are a bit tight, but take the forms of your feets after a few hours so dont panik :)
Also i was looking for same shoes for my mom (because she loves it too) but as they are limited edition and always changing i couldnt find it.. I like also this way of producing because i hate to see someone with the same shoes or clothes than me😂😍

Their true size tool doesn't work properly. Which is more shocking is that they refuse to pay for the return for a defected item I have received. I wouldn't recommend you to engage with this company. It is waste of time and money. The customer service is not helpful. It is hard to believe that a company who cannot even provide proper customer service can run this one for one project properly I now have doubts about their entire concept. Avoid.
