Scam
I was unfortunately scammed into thinking that I was updating my Netflix account.
£2.07 was taken from my bank account. I contacted shoptojoy on there online chat portal, and was able to thankfully cancel my membership. I did receive a confirmation email.
To my surprise, I was then hit with a further £29.53 deduction .. again I went to the online portal for an explanation. I was informed that this was further charges associated with my membership. These were put in place on joining and cancellation made know difference to these fees. I asked if there were any further fees to come out of my bank account between now and the 8th August, the expire date of this scam and was told NO. I have photograpic evidence of the chat made this morning to confirm that no further charges will be made and the cancellation date is 8th August.
Everyone please be aware of this clear scam.. they are hiding behind in my case, updating your Netflix details..
