Its been 4 weeks since i order and i still haven’t received my item i have contacted customer service and they got back to me saying it had been shipped. However its been two weeks and yet i still didn’t get my item. When I contacted there customer service again someone said they would check up on it and i never heard back.

Really nice, quality pieces. Found my everyday elevated set - cannot recommend enough! Will be buying some more pieces soon

I ordered the wrong item due to the picture accompanying it being incorrect - I wanted a 777 necklace (and that’s what was pictured) but seemingly selected a 111 necklace. I contacted their customer service to ask for an exchange and was told that this wasn’t possible. I asked to escalate and was just ignored.

I wear my Gold hoops and necklaces every single day and they just will not budge in terms of condition- literally perfect!! It’s tough finding jewellery that looks good and stays good so I’m thankful I found this business! Always getting compliments too xx

love the customer service. my purchase was quick and easy to make. all the items I have bought look the same as the day they arrived at my doorstep. I wear them in the shower to bed and they don't turn green or change colour. perfect for me.

Love this brand, I’ve had loads of pieces from them over the years and they’ve stood the test of time! They’re also gorgeous as well and it’s my my go to brand for gifts as well.

Gimme Gold have the best affordable gold plated jewellery. I’m a professional dance so I spend the whole day sweaty and throw my self around the studio doing floor work which quiet harsh specially on my rings, but all my pieces have lasted just fine. I also never take them off for sleeping and showering, I literally wear them 24/7. As well as that, they also prove great customer service, I never had any issues with them whatsoever. And to top it off I have had an extra item chucked in with my order for free as thank you which is super nice. I recommend them to all my friends, and now I have a lot of their gold pieces I am looking into getting some of their silver collection too :)

I ordered the Baby Signet Ring, but the ring that arrived was way too large for any of my fingers - even my thumb. The site had no info whatsoever to accompany their sizing chart, giving no info on how to get to the sizes specified. There was also no preview shown for what the engraving on the ring would look like - only one customer photo showing a cursive font ring, which I assumed is what I'd get. However, the initial on the ring was not what I was led to believe, just some plan font that did not look good at all. Upon contacting customer service to get a refund or exchange, I was informed they couldn't do either as it was a personalised item. They did not acknowledge the concerns I raised above, and made me feel overlooked as the customer. Not very professional behaviour from such an up-and-coming brand that could have easily afforded to refund me seeing as they clearly make enough to do so. Will not be ordering from again, and I'd not recommend anyone else to buy from them either. x
