I bought an embroidery machine from this company on Amazon. The embroidery machine was the Singer SE9185. When it arrived everything seemed fine since the box was the same as the embroidery machine, but when I opened it, what was inside was a sewing machine from another brand and two heavy metal plates. I sent it back and spoke to Amazon, Amazon refunded my money but they won't let me post a review. All the reviews that appear on Amazon for this company are good and that's not right because obviously here you can see that it's not advisable to buy from them. If I had seen these reviews on Amazon I would never have bought from them and I wouldn't have had to wait almost a month to receive my money back.

Compré a esta empresa una bordadora por amazon. la bordadora era la singer Se9185. cuando llego todo parecía correcto ya que la caja era la de la bordadora pero al abrirla lo que había dentro era una maquina de coser de otra marca y dos placas de metal pesado. la envié de vuelta y hablé con amazon, amazon me devolvió el dinero pero no me dejan poner una reseña. todas las reseñas que aparecen en amazon de esta empresa son buenas y eso no esta bien porque obviamente aquí se puede ver que no es aconsejable comprarles. si hubiese visto estas reseñas en amazon jamas habría comprado a ellos y no habría tenido que esperar casi un mes para recibir mi dinero de vuelta.

My husband gave me a Brother from this Darty dealer. After a few uses, the needle jams. Unable to get machine repaired or exchanged. The after-sales service drags on by asking for videos to see the threading of the wire and other manipulations. They respond by indicating that the manipulations are not correct although the problem is not at all on the threading of the thread. To flee!

I have ordered a table still I couldn't receive.I had really a bad experience with them.pls people don't trust them

I ordered my dog toy months ago and still have not received it. I can not get in touch with them their email is full not impressed one bit. Think they are cons

I had a terrible experience with another company (sewing machine sales in the UK) and so my purchase was urgent. I live in Portugal and other companies didn't seem set up to handle a sale outside of the UK. The price of the machine with shopty was really competitive compared with other online shops, the sales team was excellent in getting back to me promptly and the machine arrived quickly in perfect condition. Thank you.

I bought a sewingmachine at shopty, and despite the fact that I gave them all my relevant information, several times, they still did not manage to make sure I got the machine delivered to my address.
I gave them my phonenumber to call me if they could not find my house. Nobody called, no package arrived.
Three different days I stayed at home waiting for the package, still nothing. In the end I called the deliverycompany my self, gave them the relevant information, and made sure I got the delivery delivered.
Really bad and incompetent service from SHOPTY. Such a hassle for something that should be smooth and easy.
For sure I will put my money in a more competent company in the future.
