Recently made a $200 purchase. One item of subpar quality arrived while my other two items never arrived at all and they refused to refund me for those items. Stay away from these scammers.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a jacket for a Christmas gift the first part of December and still have not received it. Tracking info says it came from China and is now somewhere in California. Absolutely ridiculous. Had to purchase another jacket from local company so I have spent over $200. I have emailed them twice requesting a refund and they responded saying please wait couple more days. So I waited and still no jacket. I imagine I will be lucky to get a refund but if I don’t it’s a lesson learned. Should have looked at reviews before I ordered.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT order from this place It is the worst experience I have ever endured and wish I would of read the reviews.....paid $103 for pants that I found EXACTLY the same for $20!! Have been asking for a refund FOREVER and cancel it as I have been waiting over 2 months for the order so PLEASE don’t order I am out $250 and I can’t afford that just wanted to get something different for my Son should of just given him the money so I really hope you believe me I speak the truth and all the reviews of how horrible they are ALL TRUE!

Wish I would have read the reviews first. They are a complete scam. Once I recieved my items I immediately knew that they were a scam. Extremely cheap making and smaller sizes all scream a scam. On top of taking weeks to arrive. This entire company is a sick scam and should be shut down. The products are so terrible and just pure nylon. STAY AWAY!

I ordered 2 items in SEPTEMBER and it is the end of December and only one of the items just arrived. Although customer service was responsive, it was a complete waste of time & money trying to get these items as gifts.

Fake Reviews. Terrible communication via Customer Service. Trash delivery partner. Clothes that are not as advertised and don't fit. Dropshipping business that masquerades as a legitimate online clothing outlet. I asked for a refund and have been met with radio silence after being advised they would 'consult management. Do yourself a favour and AVOID!!!

This company is AWFUL! Ordered two jackets and never got an order email, shipping info, my emails never returned. Finally the jackets come and they are the cheapest and fit terrible. I had to go through the bank to dispute. They haven't provide me any information and I don't even know where to return the items because I never received an order number. Wasted $180 and now I have to pay shipping to return if I can even figure out where to send. Save yourself the stress. Don't order from them/

I've had a fairly good experience with them recently. I ordered some pants and hoodies and all items arrived in 10 days.

Just putted not all of ordered items to the parcel. So fuc*ed me for a 40$.

DO NOT TRUST GOOD REVIEWS!!! Learned a good lesson with this one. My son ordered a jacket that looked good on site $79!!! FINALLY came and it is a cheap piece of nylon that is 2 sizes smaller than what it is labeled! Of course, only have 2 weeks to return and get a refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

The website looks great and their clothes on it as well. I paid about 300 dollars for different garments. That was one of the most expensive lessons life taught me.

First of all it took 1.5 months to arrive. They shipped 3 different packages from China. It took forever to get a workable tracking number and the packages wouldn't move through the checkpoints in reasonable time.

I asked a refund after 1 month passed without getting the packages. All I got was apologies and encouragements to wait another 20 days or something and a bunch of discount coupons to try to shift my attention off the waiting. Also, when I asked the refund, the answer to it totally omitted any mention of any refund. Then I brought it up again and in the answer the person quoted one of my earlier messages, pretending that I never asked for any refund. And I never got any refund and there was no effort from them to refund money. Only an effort to make me buy more with their discount codes. They did not realize that I wanted my money back for their disservice and that I would not buy ever again. They were trying to lull me into buying more and forget the inconvenience. Some people may fall into this trap, but not me.

Then I found out, thanks to Trustpilot reviews, that they are basically not doing any refunds, because per their policies you only can get a refund on non-discounted items. But all of those items on the website are discounted, so tough luck.

When the packages arrived, there was a label declaring the price of the items on each package. The prices were from 2 to 3 dollars per piece, which probably is the actual price of the items, regardless of it being a jacket or a pair of pants. The quality is poor - paper-thin jacket, paper-thin t-shirt with a pathetic white iron-on foil design. The pants were of totally wrong size and the quality? One pair was made from 100& plastic fabric, the like of which I haven't seen before in my life. The kimonos are paper-thin, plastic and creased and one is afraid to iron them out because they might just melt. Anyway, out of the 6 items that I bought for myself I threw 4 straight in the garbage and I am going to get rid of the jacket, too, very soon. The only somewhat fine item is a T-shirt with japanese/chinese letters all over it. It is of wrong size, but it's acceptable.

Bottom line is that these guys are a scam. The actual worth of their clothes is about 2-3 dollars by my estimation. It is by far not worth the prices on the website. The discounts are fake and are there only to make you buy and to cancel any right for a refund, as they don't refund discounted items. The free shipping sounds good, only it takes over a month and they ship from China.

And the 5-star reviews around here? They are fake and probably input here only to cover up the horrible, terrific disservice and fraud that they are. Don't buy anything from them. Invest your money on some trustworthy sales company and save yourself of a dismay.

Several questions might've ran through your head before you decided to place your first order:

Is this a legitimate ecommerce website?
Is the company based in China?
Is this an Asian size chart?
Are these quality clothes?

YES. Though the website is marketed to give the impression that it's based in a few trendy countries such as UK, Japan, Hong Kong and Canada, the orders are shipped from China. However, they do have a fulfillment center in Canada for returns and exchanges.

The website doesn't clearly explain that their size charts are Asian sizes, so you want to be sure you are ordering 2 or 3 sizes larger. (I'm 5'11, 200lbs and wear a large, though I can squeeze into a medium, I usually order 2XL in Asian sizes.)

I've had to contact customer service several times to exchange clothes, they usually offer a reasonable solution and usually respond in a timely manner. However, if you decide to return some items for a refund you are responsible for covering the shipping. Fortunately, they have a fulfillment center in Canada for returns, so the shipping expenses are much cheaper than shipping the China.

Lastly, the quality of the clothes are generally durable for the price, though, I think the clothes are slightly overpriced, but are totally worth it in my opinion.

I've always had a pleasurable shopping experience with Urban Society. The clothes can be a bit pricey, but the shipping cost is extremely cheap, so the prices are reasonable in my opinion. I'm leaving 4 stars because of the confusing size chart, otherwise, I think you should give Urban Society a chance.

You only have 2 weeks to return the cloths! When you recieve the package there is no information on how to return the cloths if it doesn't fit. It feels un trustworthy! And there is no guarantee that I will get my money back ...

Anyone here for the reviews like I was, you’ll notice that all of their 5 star reviews follow a very similar format...
Seems to be a huge swarm of 5 star reviews, all perfectly typed, within a few days of each other. Very confident to assume these are fake reviews to drive up the average star rating.

The products were cheap, oversized and poorly made. A nice looking jacket that cost me $100 when it arrived awas little more than a $5 windcheater.

Their service department will NOT get back to you regarding returns.

TOTAL RIP OFF. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Orders took over a month to receive. When I did none of their clothes are true to size and are cheap Chinese clothes. Their customer service and return process is awful and quality is poor. Would not recommend ordering from here.

After 2 months waiting, I finally get my parcel while I almost give up. However, one of my orders isn't included.
I feel I got scammed, they keep saying they have stock in Australia or America. However, all of their product are shipped from China.
And this damn quality really annoys me. The clothes are pretty thin, like, almost transparent. The pattern, color, pictures are definitely different from their website.
I would never buy anything from them and I recommend you guys do the same.

I just had mine recently from Facebook, it was made in China rubbish quality of product, very disappointing! I don't recommend this!

Order never arrive and bad customer services. Is a scam, take your money elsewhere, you will find same clothes at other website, all source from China.

I saw all these reviews immediately after I had already ordered a XL kimono. I had even paid extra 9 dollars for expressed shipping. Said it would take 5-12 days and was here in 14. Not a big deal at all. Package was received and is still being enjoyed by me and some friends that thought it was cool and put it on.
