Do not waste your time or money! I ordered this back in September for my daughter and spent $300 dollars and still have not received my merch. After being told time and time again that I would receive it I finally got a refund. There is no phone number to call.
We ended up buying some of the same merch at HS concerts. That is the only way you will get it. FYI the tshirts and sweatshirt shrink so air dry. The tote bag ripped at the bottom after 1 month. Not great quality.

I don't even give it a one review. They took my $85.00 bucks and never sent the product. Another singer who probably turned to drugs and is now bankrupt. Your a thief!!!!!!

ordered here and received it really fast. and the nicest people help you. i had a question about the shipping and i received the nicest answer. really love the product to. nice material and doesn't get ugly when you wash it multiple times

Sadly I'm another person who placed an order and have never received it. I ordered on 27 October 2020. Then on 22 January 2021 I got an email with a tracking number confirming that my order had been shipped. The tracking number didn't work and I have never received my order. Yes I have emailed many times and never received any response. Treat your customers better, answer your emails and refund money if you can't provide the goods. I would give -1 star as a year to wait is far too long.

Waited 7 months for a gift for a friends birthday which was 1ST JANUARY and ordered 16 days in advance. Still haven’t received, phoned twice and nothing has been done about it with no replies as well. Waste of $45.

i ordered a hoodie SIX MONTHS AGO for my best friend at the time and still have not received my order. I'm not even friends with that girl anymore that's how long its been. i have emailed them multiple times after only getting a order confirmation and they said it would be 90 days which is already ridiculous but it has been over 90 days and at this point i just want my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Purchased a pre-order vinyl back in August and got a "shipping" email but never received the item. Submitted ticket, emailed numerous times, they never respond. Such a scam.

Do not order from this website. I believe it is fake. I ordered Christmas gifts for my niece and my daughter's best friend in December and have not received anything. I emailed a follow-up and noticed the email is being routed through what looks like a suspicious email. I am not sure what redress I have to get my $250 back but I can't believe the people behind this site are knowingly stealing money and joy from what I assume are primarily young girls. It seems and likely is, criminal.

I purchased four items fore my niece for Christmas back in November and STILL have not received them nor have I heard back. I've not gotten a response to my emails nor a shipping notification. It is now end of February. I will report this site.

I ordered stuff 8 MONTHS ago! received “tracking” a month ago and checked to see where my order was and the shipping company have not even received it! cannot get in contact with them, they don’t reply! I just want a refund. clearly never getting my order. biggest joke ever.

Would never order from this website again! Ordered my daughter a tpwk hoodie on the 1st Nov which was her main Christmas present and it finally arrived today nearly 4 months later. I’ve been chasing it up constantly which gets you nowhere and never got any updates. Now it here, I don’t even think the quality is very good and has the label cut out, so makes me think it’s cheap and for £75 you would expect better 😠

Bought two vinyls, have been waiting for roughly 7 Months. I wrote to them more than 5 times, each time they reassured me the vinyls would be dispatched within a month or something, but they never did. They‘ve just now been dispatched, about SEVEN months later.
Because of the Brexit I’ll probably also have to pay import fees now, because they apparently needed 7 months to get two vinyls ready for dispatch.

Don’t buy from this page. Bought for my daugther in Nov earlier Dec money was drawn I have not seen any of the parts I ordered and I don’t get any response on my e-mails. This is so fake, and not a way of treatning people with kindness as Harry would say.
