Fast easy just what i was looking for!
I had to get my stuff from the US to denmark Europe. And shop usa let me upload proof of prize and they gave me a complete prize including tax. they even send me a picture of the package when they got it.. (it could have been a better Quality photo) but overall Great experience! will buy this way again!

Unreasonable expensive shipping and handling prices
Before i signed up at ShopUSA.com, i used the ShopUSA.com shipping calculator to see the price for a 9lbs (4.5 kg) package of 5 books to Italy, which was around 61$. However in reality they charged 141$ in the end. (without the "premium discount it would have been 240$). They dont change you for the or weight price of the final packet. But they count about 15$ per packet handling cost (which was really not clear in advance). You can actually see the real final price, by writing the number of packets for consolidation, and the total weight in their shipping calculator. With other shipping forwarders, you can also send multiple separate (non-consolidated) packages together, with a shipping discount, but i did not see that option with them. I will move back to shipito, in the end its not only more professional (better pictures, longer storage, more options). But also still a bit cheaper.
This review regards the services of ShopUSA.com, (who are based in the US) and is not really related, to the county where i ship the packages to , or the language of the website (Denmark, Germany, Italy or whatever).

Unexpected increase in the cost
The company does not behave correctly. They give you a cost for the shipment. But then the final cost is higher then what they said, and they withdraw money from your account without informing you... In my opinion this is very bad and uncorrect.
Please be very carefull with such company, and pay strong attention to the cost.
Personally I shift to other companies, which are more transparent regarding the final price.

The worst customer service I have experienced in years
Order was given & paid for to Craftsy mid-February and distributed to my mail box in Virginia - order nr. DK81473.Received mail from DK office on Feb 27 with the following:
Vi sørger herefter for sende din ordre fra USA, næste afgang er den 3/3 til modtagelse i DK den efterfølgende tirsdag. Short & sweet translation - we will send your order from the US with next departure on March 3 with receipt in DK the following Tuesday - i.e., March 8. I am still awaiting receipt of my purchase. Received mail earlier this week - March 29 that the flight had been delayed ... Have still not heard when I can expect to receive my goods. Very unfortunate and unacceptable service - especially as they had been recommended. I certainly won't be recommending them. I would just like to know when I can expect my goods. In addition, there is a difference between the invoice sent fm ShopUSA, US to Shop
