I have very bad experience with Shopwedo
I have very bad experience with this company, and I want to inform everyone who is looking for a fulfilment center in Belgium.
When having a lot of distribution, some packages may be misdelivered and some problems occure. That is sad, but it is reality. In that moment, it is up to the fufilment center to solve problems and help their customers to set things right.
However, this fulfilment center ignores complaints and questions from their customers. This is the perfect uncommercial company ever !
- When calling Shopwedo and asking for commercial help, they did not give. Even after a week and 3 times trying to reach the responsible person, none of my questions were answered.
- When trying to reach a customer service, I found out it doesn't exist.
- When contacting the management, they will tell you they are not, just to run away from responsabilities.
- Another day, another management person is making promises about juridical information and carrier problems, 2 days later I get to know she refuses to help.
I am writing down those exemples to show people there is no customer service inside this company. I had to contact this company so many times, but none of the people is helping out. Like another review about this company, I can confirm that invoices will never be changed. This company is ready to take their customers money but don't want to do anything to keep them. I hope another fulfilment center in Mechelen will arrive soon. Cause Shopwedo only causes you trouble. I suggest to avoid this company.
