No sign of our order

Our order (from Loop Earplugs) from a week ago is still not updated! Unfortunately when one orders from a company it's not visible who they outsource the handling/shipment to. I can therefore NOT recommend ShopWeDo due to the poorly customer service.

Returned item REFUSED!!!…

Returned an item exactly as instructed but facility refused to accept delivery and now item says it is being returned to sender but appears to have got lost and now we can’t get refund!! DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING FACILITY

Have never even heard of company

Have never even heard of company, never ordered anything, emailed me with a fake Royalmail number which ended in DE (deutchland?) Rather than GB anyway. I don't know know it's meant to scam, it just doesn't make sense and emails you

Don't even bother

As a small company we tested their services for almost one year. Eventually this would become one of our biggest mistakes we made.

- Very very high price for keeping stock and handling
- Very bad customer service, promising things and not executing them? In the end we even tried to not pay any invoices anymore to receive a solution. Once paid they still didn't fix anything..
- Sending over some high value packages wrapped in simple plastic? Even when paying for decent packing..
- Additional fine of 600 euro when you stop within one year

So sad to read this. I've tried to call you but you are not answering your phone.
I am not fond of settling issues via Trustpilot reviews but since I can't reach you I have not other choice.

I deeply regret you posted this review and I still hope we can talk to each other about it over the phone (please call me on 015 61 65 00!).

1) Our prices are based on the normal market prices.
2) The customer service issue you refer to is based on your own question. You asked us to change your contract from one company to another via support without consulting me or any of our sales people. I think it is normal that we first ask to settle all your overdue bills before we change the contract.
Fair enough, no?
3) Sending high value packages in plastic wrap? We handle 1000's of parcels a day. If you don't provide specific instructions for warehouse workers, we try to pack it the most cost efficient way. You were well aware. Why didn't you mention it earlier because we were sending your Vison Flyer package packed like this for months now?
4) The 600€ fee is NOT additional. You don't have to pay a setup fee when you start working with us, instead we agreed (check your signed contract) that if you leave whitin the first twelve months you have to pay the setup fee. Fair enough, no?

I wish you would have discussed this with me instead of posting this review.

I have very bad experience with Shopwedo

I have very bad experience with this company, and I want to inform everyone who is looking for a fulfilment center in Belgium.
When having a lot of distribution, some packages may be misdelivered and some problems occure. That is sad, but it is reality. In that moment, it is up to the fufilment center to solve problems and help their customers to set things right.
However, this fulfilment center ignores complaints and questions from their customers. This is the perfect uncommercial company ever !
- When calling Shopwedo and asking for commercial help, they did not give. Even after a week and 3 times trying to reach the responsible person, none of my questions were answered.
- When trying to reach a customer service, I found out it doesn't exist.
- When contacting the management, they will tell you they are not, just to run away from responsabilities.
- Another day, another management person is making promises about juridical information and carrier problems, 2 days later I get to know she refuses to help.

I am writing down those exemples to show people there is no customer service inside this company. I had to contact this company so many times, but none of the people is helping out. Like another review about this company, I can confirm that invoices will never be changed. This company is ready to take their customers money but don't want to do anything to keep them. I hope another fulfilment center in Mechelen will arrive soon. Cause Shopwedo only causes you trouble. I suggest to avoid this company.

The system is cheap with very good …

The system is cheap with very good prices. If there is a problem, forget about it.
I lost a lot of bottles when shipping via the on DPD. The bottles I used were Duvel bottles which are very difficult to break and my shipments with BPost all arrived safely. One box went missing and I received no compensation, but I still had to pay them!
The same went for all of the other mishaps. One package was partially damaged, and the was returned to sender, but they delivered it to ShopWeDo's office instead. ShopWeDo then charged me for sending it to my address. 2 long phone calls and a 2 long emails to their 'customer happiness officer' that I should not pay it.
The last straw was when DPD damaged 4 packages for Belgian delivery and again managed to break some bottles. 3 of the 4 bowes came back. I paid the rest of my invoice, but ShopWeDo claimed that DPD would not pay any compensation. They had paid DPD, so I had to pay them.
No sympathy from ShopWeDo's customer happiness officer, the balance was sent to the bailiffs for collection!
Once they have invoiced you, there is very little you can do to challenge their billing.

Poorly designed, obscure pricing

Poorly designed, obscure princing.

I use two apps for my packages: Sendcloud and Sendr from ShopWeDo.

The Sendr interface is really not useful to use but their prices looked at first more interesting.

The thing is, prices are completely indicative so you don't really know how much you will pay. I had to send a parcel to Corse and on the interface it was stated 7€. What a surprise when I got a bill of 40€ for this package. They charged me 6 times the amount it was stated on the order page. Sorry but this is misleading information.

BTW I did contact them before posting this comment. I told them charge me the amount it was stated and we are even. They were just "indicative it's indicative deal with it". Sorry but I had to share with you my experience with them and their poor customer service.
