Worst there is.

I’ve been more than understanding with this company but they cannot seem to run a business successfully or have a customer service team that even tries.

I’ve had multiple orders that were confirmed and my credit card charged for days, I even get shipping confirmation just for them to cancel the order. This has happened three times in the last month.

Their customer service team is low class and simply doesn’t care at all about fixing ANY issue.

Crap company that I truly hope goes out of business.

They Treat You Like Garbage

I ordered a pair of shoes and, of course, they took my money right away. Then they sent me pink high tops made for little girls (I ordered Nikes). After forcing me to correct t THEIR mistake, they several days to tell me that what I ordered wasn't available. I asked for a coupon or something to make it right, but that request was refused. I asked for a refund. After they took my money almost immediately after I placed my order, they tell me that I have to wait several days for my refund. Just order your shoes from someone local. They likely have more availability and won't treat you like garbage.

I ordered 2 pairs of champion slippers…

I ordered 2 pairs of champion slippers (45$ ech) and a pair of shoes for my son. It came in 3 separate boxes spread out over a 2 weeks. First box said all items would be in box one so i thought i got scammed but i got it all at a great price, too. It eventually ended up coming! I did use PayPal like other reviewers said to do

WORST COMPANY EVER

Don't buy from this company. I spent over an hour trying to get them to exchange my size 9 shoes for a size 9.5 wide size. Same shoe different size. They wouldn't do it stating that it was a different style and I paid a different price for it since it was on sale at the time I bought it. They wanted me to repurchase it so I would have to pay more for it. All I wanted was an even exchange which it was (just a different size). They wouldn't send me a shipping label.

Disappointed

I ordered a short set from them for the first time as a gift and when the person received it it had a tear in the shirt from the hanger that they kept on the outfit. Very disappointed
