Apparently they don't know how to manage a marketing database. They don't remove your data from said database, even if you are not a business owner. For some reason the line "I sold that 3 years ago" is a foreign language to them and they hear "keep sending me texts".

Pretty braindead operation if they don't have a centralized database for contact info. Probably a way to commit some kind of fraud if they don't have any centralized way to manage data.

Steer clear, anyone who can't do a simple contact data removal is not safe to work with.

After submit application i have more than 250 scam calls next 2 weeks.

And after 2 months i still have 2-6 calls every day with my information

Big shout out to David Sokol and Michael Desanti for coming thru and helping me out in ways no other lender would have. Easy process smooth flowing with no pressure. Great experience with Mike Tamburello. I have a very complicated business set up and he was extremely patient with me while getting the funding I needed. He proactively went and got it - none of the just send me your other offer and I’ll beat it. I told him what I was trying to work with for a payment and worked to get me financed.
