Called in at Shore’s to ask about curtains for myT4. Spoke to Alice who was extremely helpful. She talked me through the different fittings and sizes. The service was excellent so I bought “there and then”. Friendly helpfull place. Would highly recommend, and will go back.

I wanted some cab divider curtains for my Ducato, as Shore vans are local I popped in and was able to see the samples (I'm a bit touchy feely when it comes to fabrics)
The quality was good, price was fair but then they offered me a discount as they didn't need to post out (I didn't ask, they simply offered)
When it came to fitting the curtains I realised that I needed a couple of extra poppers because of the way I have built my van. They asked me to pop back with the curtains and then added the poppers without charge whilst I waited, they even provided me with some spare curtain hooks as I’d lost a couple.
It's good old fashioned customer service, they treated me like I was their number one priority, were friendly professional and really helpful.
I'm happy to recommend them to anyone

We’ve used shore vans for several parts of our VW campervan conversion and I couldn’t recommend them enough! They are quick to reply, super efficient at offering solutions to problems and very friendly. Everything we have purchased that’s in the van is of high quality, robust materials.
We will definitely use them for future purchases when needed :) it’s also nice to know you’re supporting a family run UK business too!

THIS COMPANY IS SECOND TO NONE, ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POSSIBLY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE NOT ONLY IN THE LEISURE INDUSTRY. ON MY FIRST ORDER I WAS UNSURE WHICH RAIL WENT AT THE TOP AND BOTTOM THEY DIDN'T SEND MY TO THE INTERNET FOR HELP BUT GUIDED MY THROUGH THE LOCATION OF THE PARTS ON THE PHONE, IN PERSON SO I WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE MY TASK OF WHICH I AM TREMENDOUSLY GRATEFUL. AND UPON ORDERING ANOTHER SET OF BLACK OUT CURTAINS FOR MY VW CRAFTER 2020 I WAS SHOCKED TO REALISE THE PRICES HAD NOT CHANGED IN A YEAR. UNLIKE HIGH PEAK CONVERSIONS WHERE I ORDERED 50 m OF T TRIM IN FEB FOR £80 AND THE EXACT SAME ORDER IN APRIL AND IT WAS £119+£8.95 delivery. AND SHORE VANS DELIVERY SERVICE WAS GREAT ON EVERY OCCASION. WHEN I RECEIVED THE LATEST ORDER IWAS TOLD I HAD ORDERED THE VW MERC OPTION AND WITHOUT A QUESTION ARE SENDING OUT A PREPAID RETURN LABLE FOR THE ONE I HAVE AND A NEW ORDER WITH THE CORRECT ONE SENT OUT. Purchased some curtains for my vw t5
Had a small issue and This was sorted out very promptly
The customer service was excellent I now have very nice curtains at a fraction of the cost of some other company’s

I bought a curtain fitting kit which arrived promptly. It contained a handfull of tiny wood screws, a couple of poppers some curtain hooks and some rail ends. I had to pay £6.49. It's real worth no more than £1.49 surely🤨

Excellent customer service quick delivery would highly recommend and will be using again many thanks

Parcel went missing as left in the open in garden for days as we was away.
Shorevans not willing to replace even tho they can claim on couriers as this was their fault.
