I am asked for so much feedback, that I will charge next time. Your website should carry more pictures of your courses. Can we trust pilot to get these answers to you? Never get an acknowledgement. Next time be a great example for your own image and say please and thank you at the end of this. Society needs manners restored.... :) Ian

Absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend to anyone questioning taking a class. Super easy to sign up and the staff are so helpful and lovely. Taking the classes are also super easy as they have it all set up on a site for you!

Ever since I entered my details i have been getting spam calls.

Informational, but would like to see the cost of the course instead of having to send through an enquiry. It the course is too costly, I won't want to enquire

I wanted information on a particular course so clicked on the button to be taken to a site that said someone would contact me. If I wanted to speak to someone I would have contacted them in the first place. I wanted information on the course to find out about it & to see if it was right for me. That would sve a lot of people from wasting their time & mine.

The advice was good and professional .
However I am not ready to dramatist yet .

A great source for finding a course in your chosen career or wishing to change to a new vocation. Easily accessible, very supportive and flexible with giving you any help or advice along the way. You can study at your own pace, structuring it around your lifestyle without any pressure and can do it from home which is great!

It was so easy to start my course and you can ask as many questions as you like. They were very helpful.

Was just trying to find out a short course cost and was bombarded with spam.

I didn’t have to wait for my first email regarding information. Within 24 hrs contact had been made with me. The whole course was explained, costing explained and instantly signed up
The persons I had contact with were very informative and friendly. I never felt that it was all about high pressure to sign up.

Excellent service, knowledge of the photography courses was exceptional. Jess guided me to the course that would suite my needs the best. Would recommend in a heart beat.

The course sounds great. The person who contacted me was friendly and helpful. It’s disappointing she had to close my profile when I asked if I could call her back instead of her calling me. As a single parent and carer it would be nice to not feel pressured to enrol in a course I’m really interested in but perhaps am not ready to start today. Well done to the girl who called me for not putting the pressure on in a system that is clearly designed for pressure. Sometimes good sales comes down to patience and empathy and not the hard sell.
