This is a really shady company. I did the 7-day trial and then canceled on day 3. Further, it makes you choose monthly or annual when starting the trial. I chose Monthly. 7 days later, I get a charge for $179 dollars. When I emailed them, they said that they could only refund me half, despite the fact that I not only canceled, but I had selected to be monthly, if I didn't. I even have screengrabs where it said to upgrade to annual in another button on my account. I finally had to dispute with my credit card company. I think this company has struggled and is now resorting to desperate, shady business tactics to stay afloat. Use something like Blinkist instead, and avoid the headaches that I have experienced.

My son who is studing in a primary school started the subscription unknowingly using the device where I have registered my bank card details. I came to know only when I checked my bank account. The money is deducted for a year £84. It is a mistake done by a child unintentionally. He is not aware that the money will be deducted automatically. We only had the subscription for 7 days (including 5 days free trial) Still they are adamant not to refund the money even I asked to deducted a month payment.

I signed up for a free trial .. did not like the info.Was unaware of only five day trial. nEed up paying 13.90 a month for 3 months and they will not refund my $.
