I placed Order #1184 on April 26, 2026, and nearly two months later I have not received my order. I have also not received shipping information or meaningful updates regarding the status of the purchase.

I understand that custom products can take time, but the lack of communication has been very frustrating. Customers deserve accurate timelines and timely responses when delays occur.

I hope the company resolves this issue and improves communication with its customers.

Gary did beautiful work for me and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Not sure who the other people are talking to in Customer Service but I've found it to be non existant. I placed my order more than 3 weeks ago and have not heard anything, no proof to approve ..... nothing. I've called them 3 times during their business hours and set them 2 emails. I have not gotten a response on any kind. I filed a BBB complaint requesting a full refund and . While their products look great on their website customer support is non-existent. Do yourself a favor and look at other places. Because the other reviews are by his friends....look on face book.

Paid almost 500 dollars for two signs. Never answered his phone nor emails. Site would not allow me to message him. Facebooked his friends. If you do your research every positive feedback on this site is from his friends list on Facebook. Can’t track Gary down filed papers with the court but can’t find his location to sever the papers too. The address listed is not a real business. This is a scam don’t waste your time or money.

Communication was excellent and shipping was lightening fast.

Gary was super helpful and very quick with my new car show board. It was literally less than a week from the day I submitted my order to the day I received my new board! Amazing! Gary mocked up 3 options for me based on my input and photos. I chose the design I liked best and asked Gary to swap one of the photos. No problem. Had a draft back the same day and Gary went to work putting the board together. It was shipped the same day and arrived 2 days later! I am super happy and highly recommend Gary and Car Show Boards!

I ordered a custom sign for my car and Gary sent me 3 fantastic renderings. He even offered to design others if I couldn’t decide. Each one of them was great and the final that I chose arrived yesterday. Awesome work, high quality mounting and it even came with a custom support to hold it up for display. I am so happy to report that the entire experience with Car Show Boards, and Gary, was amazing. As soon as I submited my images and intial text, Gary was back to me with a proof, including three different layouts to choose from. Actually, all three were great. I made my choice and then we went back and forth several times as we tweaked things. Once Gary and I were happy with the board, it was printed and shipped immediately. Hard to say anything more than it could not have been better.

I absolutely love my storyboard!! Gary does exceptional work and was a pleasure to work with! He replied to my order very quickly after it was placed. I asked for some revisions to some of my wording (nothing on his part) and he had the edits ready for final approval in just minutes!! He shipped it right away and it arrived quickly!! Gary was amazing to work with. Was very prompt to answer emails, was very easy to work with. Sign was very good quality, very clear pictures and text. Came with frame and stand to hold the board up. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality product done in a timely manner. Gary's customer service is second to none. Would use him again.

Customer service was outstanding. I submitted my order and within minutes had several different design mock-ups for my approval. I selected one immediately with no changes needing to be made and I received the sign 2 days later! I highly recommend this company. We will be placing orders for the rest of our vehicles for our show room! Can’t recommend enough.

Ordered board on Sunday, Draft made on Monday, Reviewed draft. Board made, Shipped Wednesday and received board on Friday of the same week. It doesn't get any better than this.
