Whether it was my own fault for not asking, but the shower tray and cubicle came without the plastic raising kit and legs. The tray and cubicle we're delivered separately albeit that a significant delivery fee of £49.95. I had to pay another delivery fee for the aforementioned raising kit! When it came to installing the actual shower tray, half the plastic inserts cast into the underside of the shower tray to support the legs fell out due to inadequate fixing, clearly not fit for purpose. I certainly wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase this or similar products made by the same manufacturer.

Received shower enclosure relatively quickly which was a good start. I was expecting 4 parcels and 4 arrived but one part was incorrect, subsequently meaning I had to locally purchase the missing part as the plumber was on site fitting my new bathroom. This part cost alot more than the part I had already purchased, albeit I did receive a refund. I also had to arranged the collection of the 'spare' part - which was rather large!

Ordered quadrant tray and shower enclosure with WC, tap and shower. Quadrant tray turned out to be faulty once fitted as the water traps inside tray despite being leveled on the sides. Pictures send and they accepted that there is a fault. Upon asking for refund/part-refund, they started delaying tactics and ultimately refused saying that the item is fitted. Unless it is fitted, how would I suppose to know that it was faulty. Shelves in the shower have very delicate fittings/supports which snapped and no replacement offered. Avoid them to have peace of mind.

I ordered on line, delivery was expensive but good, well packaged and arrived on time. Did feel I was misled by the description and didn't realise I needed to order a side panel so only ended up with a door! After a lengthy discussion with the manager the situation was resolved.
I would order from them again as product was excellent quality, however, would do it on the phone to ensure I had everything I needed in one delivery!
