Absolute disgrace of a company! Placed several orders with this company this year in fact to be precise I’ve purchased 7 shower caps! No problem with them on the first few! Then the problems began! They state 2-3 days delivered in UK! Utter rubbish…. My daughters cap never arrived for her birthday it arrived 4 weeks later! This morning after several emails chasing my friends Christmas gift which incidentally ordered 10th November! I have been refunded the money!!!!! I was told last week after emailing on several occasions that the material was out of stock and could i choose another so I did this! Now I have no present and no time to source another cap! They boast about being in fortnam and mason this company is a joke! No communication no customer service and no thought for their customers! I’d say pack up guys you need the full service to achieve a profitable business! No good sending emails with deals on to not come up with the goods! PATHETIC save yourself the bother of buying from Shower goddess!!!

Not as per the website photo!
The item is nice but not as per the image on the website.
Fran tried to tell me that the colours used on my item were correct when there was a very clear difference from the photo on the website - it wasn't the photopgraphy or poor lighting.
The product image has 3 tones on it, the trim, the main part of the cap and the bow.
Mine was all one - not the end of the world but the denial was ridiculous when it was clear to see.
When I called her out on it, she told me not to contact them again.
Customer service is shocking, they don't reply to emails and so to get a resopnse you have to go through the 'contact us' option on the website so that they think it's new business.
