The shower booster has really made a difference. At last we have a proper shower.

This is my third purchase to replace an old unit no longer functioning. I have been impressed with the ease to install the unit and have it up and running in quick time. Cables are long enough but you can buy longer if needed. Power boost is good on our gravity fed system.

Straight forward installation.
Works great and only a low hum noise.
Exactly as advertised.

Great little pump, really easy to fit, not very loud, does the job for what we wanted it for! Customer services were helpful and quick to respond when we asked questions before our purchase.

Poor pressure on the hot water ,had a look on the Internet for my options, decided on the shower booster pump because it looked simple to fit and was compact ,fitted it and yes works great hot pressure greatly improved.

Once correctly installed, it is a brilliant solution to our gravity water system. Automatically turns on when the tap is opened, quiet, services both hot and cold supply. I couldn't be happier.

Works as advertised

I bought the SP21 a while back and only yesterday got around to installation. Pretty straightforward with basic plumbing skills and tools. Installed in loft to boost hot water flow from cylinder - am very happy with result. Fantastic support .. not many company owners would respond to a query on a Saturday morning. May well buy another set to boost cold water.

I’ve had a shower booster setup for over a decade. One of the pumps failed were the hose connected to the pump. I ordered replacement puts and they came in just a few days. The website and instructions offer a lot more installation set up diagrams now and the new pumps have a solid pipe connection instead of a hose connection so I hope I’ll get well over a decade more use. The pumps are quieter than the old ones they replace but still offer that little boost to the flow rate at my taps and shower that makes all the difference.

I bought the 2 pack which I fitted under the bath. They work very well & give good pressure & a great shower, Jenny was very helpful & has great product knowledge.

This is my third booster and although more expensive hopefully this will be the reliable one! Easy to install with a little plumbing knowledge and extremely quiet!

Iam a competant DIYer and found that Installation was very straight forward. Instructions very clear and concise. The product is well made and everything fitted perfectly.
We can now shower and flush a loo simultaneously without the blood curdling screams and foul language. I had no idea my wife knew such words.

Ordering the pump was really easy and it was delivered within 2days , the pump was really easy to fit and works excellently,would definitely recommend

From the good info provided I selected what I thought was the best option for me.I placed my order.I realised I had made a mistake and phoned customer service in the morning.They put me right sorted my order out and it arrived the next morning.
The fitting was simplicity itself and the performance of the pumps really surprised me making a poor shower into an excellent shower because of the increased delivery.
Highly recommended from start to finish

The shower power booster is a fantastic bit of kit! We have suffered with poor water pressure / flow rate, for years. I fitted mine on the direct mains cold water supply to the shower. It took me about an hour over all to splice the pipe and fit the two recommended pumps (As I have a 10.5 Kw shower) I could not believe the difference that these two tiny pumps have made. You do not need an electrician to do the wiring part. The pump is supplied with 12v Transformer and a three pin plug, it real is "Plug and play" No more freezing cold or scolding showers! If you have been suffering as I have, take my advice and order the correct kit for your situation, its so easy. I got great support from Jennifer when I had a little problem, I just sent a quick email, I got a quick reply and the problem was solved. As I said, fantastic bit of kit.

This little pump has fixed my ailing venturi shower at a cost six times less than than the only other solution I had found. Information on the shower power booster website was excellent and clear, leaving me in no doubt that the pump could fix the problem. Dispatch was rapid and transactions very easy. This is simply a marvellous piece of kit and one I can highly recommend.
