Showspace bad customer service
I’ve purchased a product on PayJustNow
The item was out of stock, I was then provided with other options.
The option I chose was R3000 difference in price.
They have sent me the new product, have however not advise PayJustNow and I’m continuing to pay for the original product ordered.
I also have a profile with Showspace, the order however does not reflect on my profile at all!! So I’m unable to log a ticket.
Numerous attempts to reach them over the phone and via email - no response.
This is really unacceptable and frustrating.
