Bought some rockets for £20 (gigant…

Bought some rockets for £20 (gigant salutes) before bonfire night so its been a while now and i asked if it could be delivered before bonfire night. Little do i know you need to collect them but as it clearly states on the website "quick delivery" after i bought them and about 4 days go past i ask if they are going to be delivered. *No reply* bonfire night goes by i ask again "will they be delivered or not?". *No reply* .All in email aswell. Again 2 days go past and im getting frustrated now and i write again "will i be getting a refund or the package" *No reply*. So next day goes by and i speak with assistance and they say contact :this number: cantacted them twice and *No reply*. Spoke with the bank and they said they cant do anything about it. So im here seeing if "Showtime fireworks" will see this message and give me my £20 refund so i can take this review down.
