The slfx+ lights are cheap garbage

The slfx+ lights are cheap garbage. 6 hours to charge and wont last 2 hours. Plus even turned off in a drawer they are dead in a week. Basicly a cheap led board in a nice white case. Pulled em off my e skate and replaced with 3 dollar chinese lights that are more dependable.

I bought SL-R1+ and SL-300+ combo…

I bought SL-R1+ and SL-300+ combo lights with Bluetooth. The light is good but using the app is a nightmare. I chose these because of the option to control all 4 lights in a group from the App but I can't because they unpair all the time. So I don't recommend these if you are interested in the option to control the light with the app. Other than that the light is good but the price is too high for a buggy product.

They stand by their products

I own the SL-200s as well as their older model. I've reached out to their customer service team on multiple occasions with requests for help when fitting the lights and when casings ripped. Each time, Andrew was super helpful, and I've always received replacement casings promptly and without any extra charges.

As for the lights themselves, they are excellent at helping you be seen. They are so freaking bright, I usually leave them on one of the lowest brightness levels to avoid temporarily blinding anyone. They also have multiple flashing modes, are easy to charge, and have long battery life.

Very poor customer service - tracking number not working

i have tried contacting shred lights numerous times but still my issue isn't resolved.. the only time they reach out is to tell me that the tracking is updated, however when i checked it is still not working. So i went back to them and ask for updates but no response for days. Warning i would recon to find something else than shred lights, there product might be good but their customer service is really bad
